    Good Morning All

    Happy Birthday to Lynn !

    Welcome Tim :hattip:

Hope you get all right stuff in your hearing aids Tom

We made it out to cabin yesterday with no issues, although the trail is getting pretty sloppy. Brought out enough critter feed to last 6 weeks, as next few weeks will probably only be able to get out on wheelers. Stiil impressed with Stitch's ATRAC...tech that works.

Have a great day, be safe, stay happy.:)

    Respect :oldglory:

Thanks guys, son in law is a tech sgt, 15 years of service. He does medical laboratory work, he’ll be in charge of the lab in the hospital where they’re going. His job is going to be a great Segway to the private sector when he has his 20 in. Sucks that we can’t drive out to see them anymore though.

So much for waiting until lunch time - it is snowing. I may have to re-think my "Not Plowing" statement. This slow moving weather pattern is supposed to end sometime Sunday night with a second snow producing storm arriving Tuesday. At this point with the ground being warm all I will do is move snow and some driveway material. We shall see what comes of the next few days of accumulation... The drive has already melted a lot of last nights snow. The ground cover is still all white - good slow melt there is key.

Septic materials are arriving Tuesday - new DBox (concrete this time) and riser w/ some new piping and connectors. Hopefully we will have the septic drain field back to normal operation by the end of the month. Permit was approved yesterday so everything is in place now.

... the fickle witch (Mother Nature) can be brutally cruel. But bent metal can be fixed/replaced. Glad nobody hurt. ;)

So, at 63... I got myself on this 20 min TV show about three Toyota 4x4s and a Jeep. I appear for historical reference four times and there's a nice plug for my book at the very end of the credits. On Amazon Prime or here: The Last Mission https://vimeo.com/487608164

A little something every chance we get.
Well, cardio echo is done. Gal will never share results (like I would understand them anyway), but she will say she didn't have to call either my Dr or 911, so that's a good visit.

Yea, I got that answer from my cardio echo, stress test and from the nuke stress test. It took an email from me to my cardiologist four days after the Nuke test results were posted on my portal before he responded. Fingers crossed they saw enough so you can stop at the echo - the tests alone are stressful enough without answers... Sheesh - you are in my thoughts

It's all good Mike! I have the regular stress test next month. And I see Dr. Two next week. As far as I am concerned, if they got nothing to say until my visit, that is all golden. They tell me everything then, so I don't worry until they tell me to!

Welcome to the porch Tim. Great group of peeps here, you’ll enjoy the banter and camaraderie.
Happy Friday to those who still do the 4 letter word “ work”, and happy Saturday to those who don’t. Great day here in Northern California, mid 80’s and up to 90 over the weekend. Finally got my garden planted and just finished the drip irrigation. Sitting back with an ice cold bottle of Coors. Wish it was Yuengling but still can’t find here in California.
Going to start getting my fishing gear together and getting the boat ready. Damn I love retirement.
Have a great weekend all. Be safe.

I actually didn't go, but was supposed to at the original date, April 2020, that Covid killed for us. They went last October. I have been to that mission four times and it is my favorite mission location.

    Evening all:
    WHAT THINK YOU?????
This started a few days ago, I cashed out on a PA skill machine and when I went to count the money the girl gave me attitude because I was counting it. She wasn't happy that I was counting it and snapped at me that she had counted it already and that it was right, I said I always count money! Next time I cashed out she literally slammed down the bills on the counter in a spread out fashion, I saw no need to count that! Tonight I cashed out and she laid out 5 20's together, 5 more 20's together, a 20 and 7 10's together, and 4 10's together, for a total of $340, only one problem, that was $330!!!!!! (the 20 and 7 10's was only $90)
I said it wasn't right without touching the way she had them laid out, she insisted it was right, now I'm getting pissed and said count it, it's not right, then she flipped at me for raising my voice and told me not to come in on her shift. Again I insisted for her to count it and she gave me the $10 that she owed me, what a B**** and that's why I always count money.
I need to tell others that they better count their money no matter what attitude she gives them, anyone can make a mistake, but since "miss perfect" never makes mistakes, but she did, it makes me wonder if there's a reason she doesn't want people to count their money!
IMO: People with her attitude that treat customers the way she does shouldn't even be working there, no reason whatsoever for her to be acting the way she is unless she's trying to get people not to count money so she can skim off some of the winnings, sure hope not. :notsure:

Good morning all. Rainy day here yesterday - even had some snow mixed in but it melted as soon as it hit the ground.

Carl - were you at The Sands? You should file a complaint about that cashier. That industry lives or dies by having happy customers and if she is doing this to you she's doing it to others.

Hoping to get some work outside done today but it isn't looking good right now.

    Stay safe!
