    Enjoying having Baltimore Orioles (spelling? and Humming Birds visit my bird feeder again this spring. One of the neighbors cats is snooping around too! Not a cat lover.

    I just saw a report on that stuff. It's called rock snot and is a slippery algae that covers rocks and stones in the river. It's been working its way down the Deleware.

    Sad is correct. Not too many auto gearheads that were able to build an empire the way he did.

    I am not a Ford guy but his Mustangs and Cobras are to die for.

    The automotive world will miss him a lot.

    My dad was a Ford guy. In my younger days I liked 'em too. I remember watching sports car races at our local county airport. The last race on Sunday was the "Big Bores". I remember a race which feature all of the classics of the day, Shelby Mustang, Vette, Cobra. I don't remember who won, but it was fun! I think all three had about the same displacement engine Ford had a 427 CID in the mustang and cobra, Vette was somewhere around there too. Ahh the old days.

    morning all: PLEASE don't remind us of that! half the time we finished up sat. middle shift, and went out sun. night for mon.

    last 20 min. have been watching a gobbler strutting about 20 yds. from the house. can't even get them that close when hunting. at least there's one left, for right now.

    looks like someone FINALLY woke up! HI SUE!:wave:

    auto world just took a big hit! Carroll Shelby, RIP! I would assume that anything with his name on it just went through the roof in price. he's gone !!! can only :pray: for him now.
