    SWEET :thumbsup:

    Yesterday was great. The hose reel is installed, sharpened the blades on my son's mower and we had a fantastic early dinner at Skippers Pier on the Dock Bar. The dock bar has gotten a lot bigger with a lot more seating in the shade. Today is will be Maryland Steamed Crabs at Stan and Joe's about 8 miles further north on the bay. A Tiki Bar happened to motor by the dock bar.

    Everyone have a great Sunday.

    Slept in, had coffee in bed with my girl and the kitties. Did a bunch of running around shopping. Disgusted at how much groceries are going up every week. Filled the taco up after 2 weeks of minimal driving, took 4.5 gals and $21, so the ebike stretches the fuel dollars. Came home and put the groceries away. Then tackled a corner of my garage that was just a wreck! I bought a metal garbage can to put all the rakes and shovels and stuff in, much neater now and easier to get stuff out when you need it. I brought the pressure washer up from the basement for summer use, tested it out on the BMW motorcycle. Gave it a bath to get it ready to sell, time to downsize, getting a bit heavy for me. Now it's fire up the grill time and cook some beef n cheddar sausages on the grill. Was a productive day.

    Let me know how the button pressing lesson goes. I just JB welded the dishwasher mounting tabs to the underside of the granite countertop for the third time. My wife closes the dishwasher with her foot like she’s kicking a 40 yd field goal. When I saw her do it I asked if the dishwasher had done something to piss her off or if she was mad at Bosch in general.

    Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
    My observations are that those that don't have to repair have no idea (nor care) what it takes to repair.

    I’ve had two GE microwaves, both of them having flimsy door handles. First one I fabricated out of acrylic, second out of wood. GE made good consumer products in days gone by. Now none at all. Proud to say I was part of those good old GE days.

    I don't buy GE now after several bad experiences. Once a loyal customer for their products but no more.

    Finally got the grass cut again. It got too tall this time, but a good dry, light breeze day for the cut. We've been busy with an ongoing family emergency recently. Grass got moved way down the list, but I needed it to look good for Memorial Day, and it does.. so happy Memorial Day all. :thumbsup:

    So far so good. I instructed my son on how to replace the board. He did the work.

    :oldglory::oldglory::oldglory::oldglory::oldglory:

    Time to remember those that gave all.

    Finally cooking this weekend. My cousin and her husband, my weekday lunch partner, are coming over for dinner. Doing a butterfly Pork Butt and bacon wrapped chicken wings for an appetizer. Along with roasted veggies and BBQ pineapple wedges it should be a decent meal. Each one of the pork butt slices is seasoned differently. I also scored the fat cap before applying a homemade rub. Pic of Pork butt before going into the EX6 and in the EX6 on a raised rack.

    RAIN yesterday and last night!!! First decent precipitation we've had in over three months. We might have gotten a half inch. Around here that's a soaker. The vegetation is feeling better.
