The Lions are 37-42-2 all time on Thanksgiving Day. They've played the Bears 13 times on the holiday since 1947, earning a 5-8 record in those games.

Most (not all) of those wins, are from before I was born!

Mostly, yeah! I think the Mannings exorcism of the Curse of Bobby Layne is working! Not holding my breath on Thanksgiving tho...but HEY! Bills have same record as the Giants!

Good morning fellow Porchatonians!! We got back from Antigua late Saturday night - yesterday was a day to try to get back to reality. We went from average highs around 84 and lows of 77 to a high of 27 yesterday and now at 19. Ugh.

One of the reasons we love Galley Bay resort is that we walk out of our room onto the beach and into the surf 30 steps later. Even when the resort is full - as it was last week - there are only 95 rooms and the beach is never crowded.

We as well made it home this weekend (Sunday morning) with temps in the low to mid 80's in Singapore to 40's here at home. Just glad to be home.

Sorry. A blood doner center should tell you your blood type. My next 3-month checkup I am going to ask my doc.

Dog tags can be wrong. Mine were wrong, as I recently found out. My dog tags say B-Positive, I am really type O positive. From what I was told the military is often wrong.

DOAH!

The older I get the more I am like this. Hard to justify sitting in front of a TV when there are a lot of other things I would rather be doing.

Good Morning Porch Pals & Sue! More light rain and 40's today. Suits me fine. Fix some living room light controls (had 240V parts!) that I didn't get done, clean out a garage cabinet. Weather is building to a pretty nice Thanksgiving and weekend - should be fine for smoking the bird.
