On the better side how many like a good porter or stout. With all the micro brews now days life's too short to waste it on cheep or cat piss flavored beers (IPA's) however I don't mind Yuengling when out east. It's not here.

My wife has had reverse shoulder replacements also. On one, the muscle had been badly torn and took quite a long healing time to prevent that shoulder from popping out of joint, even though the dr said that wasn’t possible. She’s a bionic woman now, all but one knee!

I think too much is assumed to be political and is not discussed for that reason. To voice an opinion on most anything these days can ruffle feathers, so people have, for the most part, learned that even close friends harbor radically different views, and those subjects are avoided, or are agreed to disagree.
It’s those folks that think they can change someone else’s mind by expressing their own views that need to get their act together. I have been seriously guilty of that on a bannable subject during my younger years, but I think I’ve mellowed with age somewhat! Everyone has a right to opinions, but not to be demeaning of other points of view.

All better now. Epoxy and rivets as-needed for the flare. All that stuff that age hides!

I love Yuengling beer. Unfortunately I still can’t find it in California although they were suppose to start selling it out here. My father-in-law introduced me to it many years ago. I asked him why he called a Chinese beer a Pennsylvania beer. I think at that point he was thinking what a dumb ass his daughter married. He explained the name Yuengling was actually of German origin. After that whenever I saw him I asked if had any of that great Chinese Pennsylvania beer. I think he decided I was a lost cause.

Couldn't get it here as well for the longest time. I used to bring home several cases as well as several 10 pound boxes of slab bacon for myself and friends on the return runs when I hunted in Pensyltucky.

NOTHING HANGING Ken, and we're running out of time!
The other day my buddy loaded the Jr. hunters' gun AND FORGOT TO LOAD HIS, he was then on stand with no ammo in his gun!!
    NOTHING'S going right!
We were out in the rain this morning and saw nothing, went to look through the scope and the lenses were fogged up, glad a buck didn't show up while I couldn't see through the scope, I do have anti fog paste for scopes and I will treat it right after posting.

My ER stories are mostly bad. Unfortunately around us there is no other way into a hospital bed these days besides having an appointment for surgery -- unless perhaps one is filthy rich and then maybe there are private hospitals, but I wouldn't know about those.

I took my dad to ER's more times than I can recall. He had heart issues so they always whisked him right on through to a room. My own experience in ER's includes standing up out of the wheelchair the EMT left me in 2 hours ago and walking out. That was during the darkest of the C---D days. I would gladly contribute to a fund to give every one of those ER staffers a giant THANK YOU gift for staying through those terrible times. Saints among us.

Yuengling is based in Pottsville PA, about an hour up into coal country from where we live. It's the oldest continually operating brewery in these here United States. I should check to be sure but I think it is still family run.

    Evening Folks :hattip:

I have several "aquaintances" that are like that Alan. If I say blue they say no it's red because I said so...Not friends. Everyone is afraid to talk because they might offend someone:argue: and then the sh#t starts:facepalm:. I for one believe everyone is entitled to their opinion, but don't piss on mine :D. I agree with you totally.

Yuengling is Chinese :goingcrazy::facepalm:...I thought something was different:D:rofl:. Love Yuengling and hope you get it on the west coast soon:thumbsup:.

I hope you get one before the season ends Carl. I have seen plenty road kill but slim pickins on the hunt. Good Luck and tell our buddy to keep the chamber loaded for that buck:cheers:. Keep the anti fog handy. When I was scuba diving a fogged mask was always a problem. They sell an anti fog but all the dive shops have spray bottles of a diluted baby shampoo. works great...would that work on the scope???? Good luck out there.

:hattip: Ken chilly, wet evening here

All my ER visits since that nasty virus reared it's ugly head, I've been sure to thank all the ER & hospital staff for their work. It's "amazing" how the country has gone from praising the medical workers to treating them like crap. I don't get it....

Hope everyone had a super Tuesday

Last time I was in an ER, it was for CHF. Ended up with the same Dr. that I had seen the day before.
He said "You didn't tell me about this!"
I said "You didn't ask the right questions, I guess".
Result, I'm still here, annoying everyone.
