    Morning all:

Another welcome to Bill @rocknbil, the cooler looks a little low and it's your turn to fill it up, then pull up a chair and join in.

Will be watching the football games also, should be good games and hope the refs don't mess up the outcome.

    Here we go again!
I called the home office of Key Bank in Ohio and explained the situation regarding the safe deposit box refund that I'm due, they said I would hear back from them in 2 days and so far nothing! :(
Seems like I'm getting a run around on being able to get a refund from them, nothing new there!!!!
I "WILL" get what is due me, but it will involve writing a letter stating my case and contacting several agencies with copies of various receipts and other things in order to prove that they owe me a refund.
There is a govt. agency, (consumer financial protection bureau), that supposedly handles complaints against banks, plus the state attorney general's office, I will send the complaint to both.
There may be another thing in my favor, "I'M OLD ", some states don't like businesses that try to rip off senior citizens !!!!!
I'm thinking the bank is trying to make it as hard as possible to get the refund and hoping that I'll just let it go so they can keep it, that ain't happening, they did say a check was issued for the refund in Sept., but I never received it????
    Nothing's easy!!!!

:rain: Good Morning Porch Pals & Sue! That was the ugliest 0.10" of day I can remember for quite a while. It never stopped doing nothing all day, was wet every time I went out the door, and just so ugly I went and got us Sonic with onion rings instead of cooking burgers in it. Looks like more of the same today, but I DID see a bright grey in the sky. Son is coming over for the early game, and I'm cooking some brats in beer on the grill. That'll work!

Morning old guys and young Sue. Going to watch football today. My wife born in Philadelphia and grew up in rural Lancaster Pennsylvania is a big Eagles fan, home for her will always be Pennsylvania. Me, I’m a Bay Area California boy born and raised and the 9ers are my team. Should be interesting in our house today. If the Eagles win at least that means happy wife, happy life and that’s something to think about. Go 49ers!

    That is great!

Ya, I was one of those big kids.

I never played sports, but my son, in middle school, decided to go out for football. Coach asked him, "what would you like to do?" And my son said
"Sack the quarterback." OK, Kid, get to it. His team went on to an undefeated season 14-0.

He's 30 now, 6'5", and about 210 pounds of solid muscle. I had fun as he joined me for my Parkinson's Boxing Class. All the women in class kept asking, "when is your son back in town,
we enjoyed watching him work out," Down ladies, down.

Photo from a few years ago, hiking the Annapurna Circuit in Nepal. He managed to cover 140 miles in a little over a week. Took the bare minimum, a solo hike. Glad I didn't learn about
the snow leopards until he got back (solo hiking isn't recommended for a reason).

20 Miles a day in the mountains of Nepal is no joke. Wish I was still in that kind of shape, but at least I once was. Those were good times.

Waiting for the rain to start in San Diego. Need to pull my RV cover a bit tighter. Just average chores on my list for today. Wife is making pot roast in the crock pot.
Maybe I'll catch a little of the Football games on today. Still stalling on my shower recaulking and sealing-it's not getting any easier wedging myself into the shower stall. Cutting and adding self adhesive carpet strips to my GSD ramp used to get him up and down the back of my Tacoma bed. (13 year old GSD "Santino")

My wife was so giddy with delight after her Eagles crushed the 9ers she asked me if I wanted to go out and look at new Tacomas and Tundras this week. I’ve been catatonic since she asked. I’m just trying to get the word yes out before she changes her mind.

Good morning all! I'm one of those folks that truly couldn't care less about sports in general.Temps in my area were above normal again so I took off and went for about a hundred mile motorcycle ride. Hope all of you had a nice weekend.

Good morning. We cut back the 13 Knock out rose bushes yesterday before the rain came. Made up some flank steak soft tacos for dinner last night. They came out really well. Off to the gym this morning then I have a PT appointment. Slow day. I might be compiling medical bills or make tomato soup. I think soup will win out.

Good morning. It’s a balmy 5 degrees this morning with a couple of inches powder. I guess I’ll push that around with a shovel. I only use the snowblower when the snow has some weight to it. I’ll wait until the salt shaker comes by and the kids get to school before I go on my usually walking route. 3 layers this morning I guess. Glad I figured out the heater core issue before this cold snap.

I hope everyone is well and as healthy as possible. God bless and have a great day.

:rain: Good Morning Porch Pals & Sue! It's an ugly 33* with some rain, and mostly it will be that way until Thursday. Under various Winter Storm Watches and Advisories until then, mostly for icing. More likely up by @roundrocktom than here, but they decided not to leave us out.

The brats were great, and the black and white team played too much in both games. It's just never great when you see calls that you never see happen. And it was a shame that SF lost Purdy so soon in that game, because it wasn't the same afterwards. Chiefs Bengals was exciting to the end (again), and I feel bad for Ossai (UT Ex) for that last play.
