    Morning all:

Just looked at my account to see the auto deposit increase for SS, I was thinking maybe new house, new boat, new car, but it looks like that will have to wait for a while!

Good morning porchatonians. The porch is too cold this morning so I guess it’s the kitchen table and a window. Got to wash the truck today and get the salt off. We keep getting these 1/2 inch snow storms every night. The salt shakers dump more salt on the roads. Salt is plentiful in the Salt Lake valley and surrounding areas. I wish we used sand only. I wash the truck and wife’s CRV almost daily. So far zero rust on a 13 year old frame.

    Have a great day.

:pccoffee: Good Morning Porch Pals & Sue! Well, it should break 60* with less wind, so the putz is on. I'd like to say I have something important to do, but other than replacing a defunct GFCI out front, it's all pretty mediocre!

Now, what's happened to the scroll wheel?

:pccoffee:  sixtys/wannabes/SS recipients. I signed up last month, will start in May which means first check in June. I'm honestly astonished at the amount I'll be getting.

We had about 3" or 4" of wet, heavy snow on Wednesday afternoon. Forecast was for rain later, but I didn't want to chance having to shovel on Thursday so I went out and cleared the walk and driveway. Thursday morning the only snow was in the piles I made. Doh! At least I got a good workout.

    You want one of these!

I actually have one. The issue is my garden hose freezes solid in the winter. I have to blow it out with the compressor each use to have any chance of using it the next time. Sometimes I throw the hose in the hot tub to thaw it out but then I get dirt in the water. (Hear comes the flaming) I have an unlimited pass to the car wash. It blast water under the carriage and puts a coating of wax in the rinse. My truck's headlights take a beating from the car wash but that's the price I pay. The paint isn't affected much by the swirling microfiber brushes though.

No flame from here. And my paint is absolutely fine. Tremendous time saver.

You can buy a couple of dozen eggs... if you price shop!

We buy eggs in the 18 egg carton. Always open to be sure none are cracked. Opened a carton and someone had taken ONE egg. Probably needed one for a recipe. Am I a bad person for hoping it broke in their pocket?

:rain: Good Morning Porch Pals & Sue! Yesterdays weather was NOT as promised. I did replace the outlet, and putzed in the chill for a bit. Now, it's gonna be ugly for a while. Oh well, nothing was pressing....

I like to give them the benefit of the doubt. How desperate and conflicted do you have to be to steal a single egg? I hope it went to someone that really needed it.

Get real. You guys have vivid imaginations. It was a broken egg that a clerk removed.

    Afternoon all:

Do you get a discount if there is one egg missing!

From some of the things I've seen in our area, I wouldn't put it past some of the people to steal an egg!!!
Hey, the recipe calls for 3 eggs and I only have 2 and not enough money to buy a dozen, where can I get a single egg.
At least if I need an egg or two I can always go to the neighbor, they raise chickens! :)

Don’t keep a wastebasket next to your bedstand… Ether that, or put your hearing aids in a drawer at night. Ask me how I know.
