The good news is that they don't need to be replaced.

A little something every chance we get.
Four hours to get to the last plug wire that torments me, and it's still not off. In order to get my cut-off wheel into the space that held one deformed and smashed clamp, I had to remove the valve cover. But, that required getting that 1" seal plug off to get to another bolt. And that whole thing had to push down and out to get over whatever it is that is sticking out. But I MIGHT just get a cut-away off set wrench in there next week, and that is the last wire I know of.

On the brighter side, I am under the maximum weight for the B-25, and I did (clumsily) climb in and out of the gunners steps today. So next Saturday, I can fly to Houston and back for a one day show.

    here's what we post;
Houston Warbird Expo - B-25 Yellow Rose
    Saturday August 26, 2023

Experience the ride of a lifetime! Join us at the Houston Warbird Weekend on August 26, 2023 and take ride in theYellow Rose, a B-25 bomber like the those flown by the Doolittle Raiders in the Raid Over Tokyo on April 18, 1942.

Click below for ride times and to purchase your ride experience!

The Living History Flight Experience is like no other, and the entire experience lasts approximately one hour. Passengers must check in one hour before take-off. Pre-boarding includes check-in, a passenger safety briefing and photo opportunity with the crew.

Once boarded the passengers will experience the engine start up sequence, a few minutes taxi to the runway, and a pause on the runway for a full engine run-up and flight clearance. Once airborne the flight lasts approximately 20-25 minutes in the air.

Passengers must be 12 years of age or older to fly. Passengers must be physically able to enter and exit the aircraft unassisted via a ladder. Passenger weight limit 250 lbs.

Aaaaand, I found the Houston link: https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct...usg=AOvVaw0Zs0Jv7iuhqOb4XxgqEqJM&opi=89978449

I also had the Shingrix 2-shot series a 3-4 of years ago with no side effects. After I watched my wife suffer through Shingles I was convinced.
    It was NOT fun!

Thanks for the link. A ways away from me, but may go check it out. Doubt if I am going to schedule a ride, it would be an experience, but not sure I can justify getting the crowbar in my wallet that far.
Can you sneak me on? :anonymous: JK.

That furnace weather forecast is here in Pima county today too - 108º - interspaced with monster monsoon thunderstorms. So much for the "its a dry heat" theory.......... Humidity climbs when those come in. Huge mesquite tree down in our neighborhood last Friday. They had to bring in a big hoe to load the trunk out.

    Good morning everyone!

Been away a bit. Lake time and travel back to home town to see my sister.

Sad to hear about some of the challenges people go through, we had a news story about a couple that got drunk and the guy punched his wife and killed her. Last week,Sad.

On a bright note we have a Fargo ND little league team in the little league world series in PA. This week. :bananadance: The coach said first time for representation in that age group from our area. He also said there could be over 20 thousand in attendance if PA beat TX last night. He also said for the age group it's good baseball.
