:pccoffee: Good Morning Porch Pals & Sue! Run an errand after wife gets back from the store, and then start taking things off the truck. Too cold to rush into it - more coffee sounds good!

:pccoffee:  sixtys/wannabes/chilly-brrrs. We'll be having a pretty good freeze this week too. I'm hoping it gets so cold that the firewood splits itself, just wishful thinking I know but wouldn't it be nice.

Got the holiday lights up over the weekend, in between trips to the hospital and pharmacy for our neighbor who we think is suffering from gall stones. We debated putting up the tree at all but now that it's up I'm glad we made the effort. I also indulged my inner geek and bought a couple more 'smart' plugs, specifically for the outdoor lights; now I can say "Alexa, Merry Christmas" and they all turn on! I also want to look into putting some kind of moving light show on the garage doors; we saw some pretty neat stuff being used at a Halloween party recently and I thought it might be fun to shoot something similar at our doors.

    Afternoon all:
Went hunting this morning, got to where we hunt and I FORGOT TO PUT MY GUN IN MY BUDDIES VEHICLE :annoyed:, so back to his place to get the gun!
Then I get home and a double tree is down in the yard, plus some other limbs from other trees that it sheared off. :annoyed::annoyed:

No deer, but my buddy went to the end of the path we go in on and this is what is there, it was windy, and it was really windy at this location above the Gorge. I've fished that entire section of the river that's pictured over the years, and hunted the area for years above where the river makes a turn and is no longer visible on the right of the pic., and I shot a lot of deer there, there are several accesses to the area that aren't visible.

The cab is coming together on the M37 chassis swap. The Chevy floor looks like it might work.

    Pretty view!

Good morning. Up early and back from taking the wife to the airport. She is off to help my niece provide care to my SIL. Not much to do today except go to the gym and maybe an afternoon nap. Yesterday's cook went really well.

    Morning fellow olds.

Wow, 20/15 vision. Could read the smallest line. Amazing. New peepers work great.

$ in the bank and life is good.
Just waiting for my wheels, tires sitting there. Snow coming tomorrow. Been waiting 3 weeks for them to get the wheels off the wrecked 98 behind the shop.
I'll give him a couple more days, then I'll just go get the tires from him and go somewhere else to order new wheels...or just say never mind on both from him.

Taking the Ford to get the door looked at today.Got tweeked when I opened the door in 60mph winds...Yank.
I'll ask the body guy about painting the faded Tacoma while I'm there. 23 years of sun.
