A little something every chance we get.
    :D Well, I feel pretty accomplished, so before I make some chicken and sausage for dinner, I;
    • Did the 5' of tall grass in the field, that the mowers didn't get. (Wife telepathically made the city do it yesterday!)
    • Removed the greenhouse shade cloth
    • Removed the greenhouse ramp, paint, re-installed, and put up one securing bolt, which is all it needs.
    • EDIT: Forgot I cleaned all three pond filters - which told me I should not have taken a month off!
    • Removed and re-installed the RAV4 glove box to retrieve that Insurance/Registration holder the wife crammed in there, and was rattling around in the dash.
    • And assembled her Christmas present - because the box looked like this, and I had to make sure it was complete.
    • 20231207_103244.jpg
    • 20231208_152344.jpg
    • And I moved the mounting brackets from the old to new tailgate - then remembered I wanted to get under the Bedslide with it off.
    • 20231208_154116.jpg
So, I can do some stuff while it still pretty nice tomorrow, which they have improved our forecast for. And be inside for Army/Navy! Go Army, Beat Navy! Go Navy, Beat Army! One of the hardest fought rivalry games there is! Last year, ONE of them threw a FORWARD PASS! First pass all year! And now, the uniforms are really getting as good as the helmets!

My avatar pup only made it to 1 month and 1 day less than 11.

Annie made it to 16 years, 6 months, & 26 days - not that I was counting upload_2023-12-8_18-23-44.png

    We like kitty pics, too.

There are actually 2 of them.... someone didn't look for one and started another one

Ollie loved kitties, Annie did to, but Gizmo I'd trust her about as far as I could throw her

    evening boys

To early to tell, the first high blood pressure medication I’ve been on. Doctor has been talking about it for about a year, it’s been high for just a few weeks. So hopefully it will help, I’ve been borderline for a while.

Ok I promise last critter pic I post on 60+. Here is Copper with his best buddy Sprig our lab. He follows Sprig everywhere. Sleeps with Sprig, grooms Sprig, will only drink out of the dog bowl. I think he’s a catdog.

For those of you who served, are serving still, or just care - the Army Navy game has become a place where the uniforms are far more meaningful than your average college get up. About a decade ago, someone decided that their helmets should be real cool - and it became so! Maybe 5 years ago, it went to the uniform! And has been one of the most grand things I have ever seen at a football game. This article had all the links work for me, so I hope they do for you. If you watch one game a year, this one should be it! These kids have truly earned it.

Good morning fellow Porchatonians!! Go Army, Beat Navy!!! You know, Uber for Marines!

I'm and old Dog Faced Soldier of the Rock of the Marne myself - was the 3ID G2 (Senior Intelligence Officer) and commanded the 103rd Military Intelligence Battalion.
