Morning kids:hattip: yep I remember the first moon landing. Watched it in grade school. They wheeled in the huge RCA tv into the classroom. That night talking with my dad, he was so excited. He remembered seeing his first horse less carriage as a kid, and then seeing us land on the moon. All in one lifetime

Carl: There is a pretty decent barn with a Mail Pouch mural on the PA Turnpike before the tunnel before Sommerset (SP).

The class is one of the many classes offered by the county community college through a program called SAGE. The class cost $40 a trimester. I also take a guitar class under the program.

    Nice photo, TY for sharing

Welcome to the thread! Part of the walkway to the porch needs shoveling and it looks like you have the experience to clean away the snow.

Good morning. Happy Friday, last shopping day before the weekend without a lot of people in the store. Pan seared salmon for dinner tonight. Everyone have a great day.

Rained and snowed most of yesterday with a 38* high. Today sunny and 58*! 60s the next 3 days before another possible snow! WOW what a crazy weather winter! I love it!
Delivered a set of leafs springs to a young TWer yesterday. Today after kettlebells I’m taking my UT to another young TWer to help move his new (to him) popup camper before his install.
Finally I’ll probably come home exhausted and nap…LOL!
Wishing this weather and an enjoyable day to all especially all of you who are hurting!

Just thinking back (tough most of the time) to 1969 (it was my senior year in college getting my BS (we all know what that stands for! LOL!) when Armstrong stepped off the ladder onto the moon. What an exciting day! I didn’t have a TV (no one did), so went to the student union building and tried to watch with a crowd of probably 100 students trying to witness it.
    Great memory!

So sorry to hear this Kurt. Unfortunately as we get older the healing of fractures takes longer than when we were younger. The good thing is that she has you to take care of her and nurse her back to good health. God bless her.

Kurt I wish you guys the best, at least it's a hand and not her shoulder or hip. Broken bones are not fun my wife fell and broke bones in her hand a while back when we were walking. She was so stubborn that she didn't want to go in for a couple days because I told her I heard a sickening crack. She kept insisting that because she could move the hand it wasn't broken, She ended up with screws and pins, it healed ok that was over 15 years ago. Good she's got treated right away.

Sorry to read this. Prayers for a speedy recovery.

Good morning. Off to my nephew's home to assist with reattaching a shutter to his home. Second story so we need the big ladder. Then back home to fire up the smoker for some chicken. Wife and son are going out to listen to music so I believe I will rent a Bogey film Treasure of the Sierra Madre. Academy award for best supporting actor and nominated for best picture. I have not viewed the movie in quite a while. I believe all the streaming services are into price fixing, gouging. The movie rental is $3.99 across all streaming platforms.
