Many of the elected people grew up in the 60's and 70's funny they are supporting things today, that they were protesting. Back then.

That may be true with some of them... but I'd bet that there are more on hobby farms milking goats and growing organic veggies.

Not a bad price including the tree trimming. Be sure, if you hire a stump grinder, that they remove the chips unless you are going to use them as mulch. You will need to fill in the holes and plant grass seed. My little 2 WD will only safely haul 1/2 scoop of compro.

Good morning. Going to visit my lunch partner in the hospital today after my music lesson. His health has been declining pretty rapidly over the last 10 months. My cousin needs a lot of support right now. She is overcome with all theecisions she has had to make over the last 2 years. Lucky her oldest daughter is a strong woman.

    Morning all:

Also wishing the best for your cousin Tom.

:( Geez Paul, definitely sounds like it's time to get that looked at.

:annoyed: Just looked out the window and the pond is way down, looks like my resident bear made it through hunting season.

Tire day today, I found them cheaper at another local Toyota dealer, wonder if they will price match, you know I just have to ask! :D

Another strange weather day in the Rockies! 75 today 43 tomorrow with a dusting of snow tonight. We never complain about any moisture here. We can use all we can get.
Kettlebell day, then I may plant some wildflowers in the cutting garden.
This evening we have to go watch granddaughter inducted into NTHS (National Technical Honor Society) for her welding skills in tech school.
Here’s wishing everyone a beautiful eventful day! Stay active!

Yep if it's like here those guys are booked 6 months out, at least it's not the dreaded colonoscopy that's 18 months out. There's a job, looking at butt holes every day.

Just got off the phone with the dealer asking "EXACTLY" what I will be paying for the tires mounted and balanced plus tax, no surprises, quoted $858.36. Definitely cheaper than anywhere else plus the offered rebate of $70 should save me about $120 over the lowest price I found among local tire dealers and about $170 cheaper than the guy I normally buy my tires from, sounds good to me! :)

:pccoffee:  sixtys/wannabes/uncle sam survivors. Got the mower stuck yesterday -- that's how swampy parts of the yard are! Had to coax my wife onto the zero turn mower and give her a quick tutorial, then wrapped a tow rope around myself! Pulled it out without much fuss. It sounds funny but it worked pretty well. No pics, sorry, all hands were busy with more important stuff. :p

The air conditioning quit on one of the 'toy' cars back in February. I figured it was time to have it looked at, now that warm weather is arriving. $1500 later I have a new compressor/clutch assembly. Ouch, but still a ton better than the dealer wanted to charge. I think I will go take it for a drive.
