    Sorry to hear; SAD!
    We talk about that on occasion. I personally knew about 15 people that have commited suicide, (and 2 that MISSED and lived), and that's only in a small area. This is a lot more common than most people realize.

    Wow, so sorry to hear that, Jim. I read today that we lost more service members to suicide last year than to combat related deaths.

    What I don't know is if what we are seeing is statistically different than during past conflicts. We certainly have better record keeping and access to data than before - but it does seem that we have a greater problem with suicides now than in the past.

    Sorry Jim, that is a tough one to take.

    If these young ones could see the love for them before committing suicide I beleve the rate would be cut by over 50%.
