    Morning all:

Got one limb cut up yesterday and drug two more up to the woods line where I'll cut them up, plan B is much easier than having to load and unload the trailer multiple times

A cool morning at 55*! NICE! Looks like we are finally going to have a normal temp day at 84*! Oh yes a great day to spend outside! Get some vitamin D! Water the veges and cutting flowers. Trim some dead limbs. Just have a good old time in the sun!
    Everyone have a glorious weekend!

P.S. Sue, hope you got your vent figured out?

Thunderstorms and heavy rain this morning. It's my day off so laying in bed drinking coffee with a couple of kitties and listening to the storms is so relaxing. I need that.

A little something every chance we get.
:pccoffee: Good morning Porch Pals & Sue! We've already forgotten what rain is! I'm shuffling the greenhouse plants this morning, because it's the ONLY thing on my plans.
Frustrated with the first solar folks I talked to about getting online again (installer has to do it); they're just too busy for me. Masterbuilt still hasn't answered my complaint about the replacement controller being failed, so still no smoker. Great device, I would no longer recommend it tho.

:pccoffee:  sixtys/wannabes/hot-n-cold runners. I took our wagon to the dealership for the first time in my ownwership last week, to have some work done that the manufacturer is covering under extended warranty. The rear subframes rust out, apparently very very easily because our car has low miles and was pretty well cared for and yet needed the subframe done. While it was there they also did a recall for some steering rack issue. The car came home with a leaky steering rack! :facepalm:I'm lucky to have caught it early; I was curious what the new subframe looked like, so I put the car up on our lift, and voila there was a fluid leak.

Funny story about electric cars. The guy who built my Porsche motor is as serious a petrolhead as there is on earth. His young daughter wants him to buy an electric car -- so she can mess around with hotrodding it! So now his mental gears are spinning with thoughts like how to fit a 3-cylinder Kubota diesel in the trunk to keep it fed. Can't keep a good hotrodder down!

Just turned 60 last fall. I just put my coffee cup in the microwave, went to the refrigerator and opened up a sparkling water, and as I finished my first sip the microwave ‘dinged’ and I wondered what the heck was in there (and I know I’m the only one in the house at the moment).

Should I expect more of the same?

    Afternoon all:

Welcome @Husker Paul, the answer to your question is a definite YES, just don't forget to fill the cooler, it's your turn. Good group on here with varied interests and pics. are always welcome.

Limbs are all cleaned up, went down to the pond to trim back some small saplings, tomorrow I will know if I am still immune to poison ivy!
It's getting hot and humid, that's enough work for today!

Thanks for asking Philip, but no, I'm using my workaround, a bucket lid held in place with a brick and moved when the dryer is on. Been working on other projects and tired of looking for a unicorn.

I was working in my dad's garden last week, went into his garage to retrieve something but couldn't remember what it was, stood there for about five minutes determined to remember, finally gave up, went back outside to the task at hand and promptly remembered what it was I wanted.
