Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
Use a walk in clinic. That's what they are there for. The ER folks will appreciate it...unless it really is an emergency, then, by all means use the ER.

    Hoping she feels better soon!

Finished up the garage workbench today.
Apparently 10+ year old polyurethane does cure.
Since the bench is narrow I attached it to the wall so it can't tip over.
    20240713_125545.jpg
I had to build up this side.
    20240713_131822.jpg
I dug through my hardware drawers and found some bolts to mount the vise.
    20240713_132653.jpg
Drilled 3 holes and got it mounted.
    20240713_133656.jpg
Put a bunch of stuff away on the bottom shelf.
    20240713_143230.jpg
And filled the can rack with all my mechanic in a can. It's nice having it all in one place and out of the way.
    20240713_143253.jpg
This is the cleanest this bench will ever be! Lol.

By this time it was 87 degrees in the garage, not as hot as what some of you are in but still to dang hot for me. So into the house for some a.c.and some food.

    Afternoon Y'all :hattip:

Warm day here in Middle Tennessee , Currently 95° feels 102° and a light breeze . If it wasn't for the light breeze it would be miserable

I don't have words. All I can think about is how we (voters) are acting like a third world country. And media on both sides are eating it up.

Howdy all. I've planted roots in the +50 thread, even though I'm 67. Figured I better drop in or else get started on a -70 group. I see quite a few familiar names.

A little something every chance we get.
My sharpener is still screwed to a post in the garage. Sadly, the filler barrel is gone, and it's only a plastic oldie. All the problems today are caused by people who don't know how to sharpen a pencil. o_O

OK, made it through the yard in less than stellar time, and decided to finish the cable work for the new smoker control. OK, it's a hole. And I didn't have a big grommet, so I got one of the smaller engine compartment boots I knew I had somewhere. (Why buy one on Amazon, when you get an assortment for a $1 less!?)

    20240713_131647.jpg

hole punches made a clean hole.

    20240713_133628.jpg

And that's all it does - is hang the cables I have to disconnect safely. (I don't know why all these pics suck)

    20240713_133441.jpg

And pull the extra wire up and tie wrap to holes in the old mounting bracket.

    20240713_133327.jpg

I realized when I put everything away, I forgot the temp probe. But that's a drill and sheet metal screw. And I made it to the store, and could well be trying ribs again tomorrow.

Took me a while to figure why you mentioned my service, then I noticed you had the same symbol on your post. Thank you for your service, too.

I found out after I got going that it had dribbled before I got up and ready to mow. Only looked at the temp, and it wasn't even 80 yet! So after trimming the back, I went inside and saw that the HUMID was 95%! No wonder. So, I feel for you - the same as you felt!

Still adjusting, but the seizure medication seems to be working well, still have minor issues but for the most part it’s good.
