    Afternoon all:

Again, :fingerscrossed: for you Duane, hope you have a decent buffer zone just in case.

Just got done weed whacking down by the pond, at least I didn't hit a big pile of bear poop and splatter it all over me!
The carb I bought on eBay arrived today, looks pretty decent, definitely worth more than what I paid for it in parts alone if everything is up to par.

First in line at the barber this AM, barely beat my Veterinarian who cussed a little. He needed an old man's cut, didn't look like he was in need yet to me. In at 10, back home at 10:30.
Grasshoppers are the worst I have ever seen this year, some of my garden is getting shredded, they are even eating the yellow petals on my sunflowers. Been squishing the assassin bugs on the sunflower heads as they take down bumblebees and other pollinators.

No need for crossed fingers for me, but thank you all for the thoughts. Fire seems much safer now and 45 minutes away, with wind usually easterly.

Wow! I’ve been wondering if this was the norm of life in late, the electronic gadgets around me also tend to have mind of its own :annoyed:

Secondary reason for getting him, primary being to keep miles off Stitch; gives me reason to grind it out for 5-7 more years. "I owe I owe so off to work I go."

    Thanks Man! :fistbump:

Related to weed whacking: One year down at Whiskey Gulch we needed to clear out a spot for a second tent. Randy's son in law goes at this huge patch of Cow Parsnip with a machete ... wearing short sleeves splattering the "milk" all over the place. Well, he got a terrible rash from it.

"Stay outta the Cow Parsnip" is now part of the arrival briefing down there. ;)

Love this. I am going to print a copy and hang it in Man's Land, otherwise known as the garage!

 OK, I could not get my new phone placement the way I wanted. I looked at the Tacomaholic video, and the original TW post. They have the phone SIDEWAYS. I want VERTICAL (because the only to apps I would have running work that way). So, adjustment 1 yesterday was to make the ball stick out more, so that I could get more articulation away from the A pillar. (So the adapter doesn't hit the pillar when adjusting)

Today, I found this was NOT enough to get what I want, but I now have in my possession, a double ARTICULATING version of said adapter! I will try this tomorrow.

Did any of this make GEICO app happy? No. I spent 45 minutes ARTICULATING the issue on a chat this afternoon when I got home.

Yes. A subset of doing any "Putz" is that you can't do just one thing.

Question is, how long did it take to go down?? My street would look like that if I got 2.5" in 15 minutes.

Hope you got a good report from the doc

Good morning gang. Have a peaceful day.
