We had a neighbor pass yesterday and my wife's thought was this is a tough time for people when a loved one passes during the Holidays. I've always thought the Holidays are a more sacred time and the person that passes is somehow more blessed. I didn't know my neighbor well and I don't know your wife, but it's my own feeling that they must have been very special people. Rest in Peace and my sympathies to those left behind.

We got about 5 1/2 inches of white stuff here yesterday.
First time using the snowblower at the new place and figuring what "routes" are best for snow removal.

My cameras on the property slowed right down after lots of activity all Fall.

Still no snow here. Was upstate over Thanksgiving and had some flurries but nothing accumulating .
Up at the farm on Saturday morning, I was heading to town for my morning coffee and a dozen or so deer crossed the road and I couldn't get my phone out in time .

Today, pickleball 8AM - 10AM. These guysNJ are bangers, need extra coffee. Indoors at a church gym. but at least concrete floor. I hate wood floor courts. And after Monday I'm back in the "no longer play under 50°F mode" again. I took this vow for a reason. Just not good to hyper extend that cold and can't warm stretch enough!!

Got some of my front Christmas lights up, need to do back of house and patio and trees!!

Need another choco-espresso. Bring it on!!

Sorry to hear. There's never a good time, but the holidays seem to make it worse. Keep your head up and be strong for the kids!
