:pccoffee:  sixtys/wannabes/local shoppers. We have a ton of farm stores and farmer's markets in our area. Love shopping in them.
We're in line for that one too. It's interesting how narrow the band of heavy accumulation is forecast to be. I had the snowblower out for the 3" we had earlier this week so I know it's good to go.

Got my non-resident Utah concealed carry license yesterday. Why did I do this living in California? My California ccw is good for California only. There is no reciprocity with any other states. Having Utah ccw there is reciprocity with 36 other states so I can carry in all those states legally. And besides I go to Utah yearly for 1 to 2 weeks. It’s easy to get. Attend a 4 hours class, fill out some paperwork and send it along with finger prints and a photo. You don’t have to go to or be in Utah to apply. I post this just to make people aware in case they are interested.
Today is a kick back day other than put new batteries in everything. Every January I replace batteries in everything that takes batteries - smoke alarms, flashlights, thermostat back up battery, gun safe lock system and the list goes on.
Then kick it and maybe watch some football. Dont have a dog in the hunt but probably root for the Eagles since my wife is from Pa. Was born in Philly and is an Eagles fan. Be safe all, stay warm.

I'm not sure it was this thread, maybe the 50s thread that when talk several weeks ago turned to the Lions going to the Superbowl, I said that they had plenty of time to choke. I guess history doesn't change.

I used to work with a guy from the UP of MI, who was a diehard Lions fan. He had a t-shirt that said: Detroit Lions - Rebuilding since 1957.

Hi Ken, PA ccw has reciprocity in many states but alas the states North, East, and some South dont allow outer state reciprocity. West is okay. Was watching the Eagles/Rams game at my St. Marten hangout. When the Eagles won I left to make room for the next teams (mostly Bills Fans).

Had a good day today. Went to the harbor and toured a tall ship from Norway. It is nice to visit the tall ships and talk to the young folks that, man the ship.

In 2023 we toured the Sorlandet which is also Norwegian.
    20230205_160729.jpg

Then in 2024 we toured the Gunilla Ockero from Sweden.

All nice ships and a great learning experience for the young folks sailing them . We'll have to wait until next year to see who comes in.

    Morning all:
Like the pics. of the tall ships, NO WAY could you get me to climb the rigging to set the sails!

Got 7" of snow here, borderline depth for removal but I'm going to give the snowblower a workout shortly after it warms up a bit!

It could always be worse Jim!
