'Morning all. Weird, both hearing aids batteries went out overnight. Not turned on. I guess it was bound to happen. Life does weird stuff, from time to time. Now where's my coffee? Wife installed Windows 11 yesterday. No problems, working great! I'll give her a promotion. Oh wait, she already outranks everyone in my world.
Hmm.. looks like our mailbox has been knocked over again. Doesn't look all busted up. It's a prop up for now, fix later. It's frozen in place, not going anywhere. May have to use a wee bit of verboten concrete mix. Life after a 50+mph plow... looked like a blizzard chasing a scared rabbit. Wish I had a video of it to post.

    Morning all:

I know the feeling, be glad you only have a list, I have lists!

I have the same thing here! :( Getting oil on Wed. and the driveway is solid ice, I need to put some ashes on it and :fingerscrossed: the truck can get in to deliver it.

Tracking said seat covers were delivered, nothing at the front or rear door, and nothing by the driveway, WTH, where is the package?
HUMMM, walked down the driveway and there was a box at the neighbor's front door, yup, it was my seat covers and I grabbed them, first time that has happened, hope that doesn't make me a porch thief!
At least Fed Ex left it close enough so that I could find it , actually NBD, the neighbor would have brought them over to me, but that doesn't change the fact that they were delivered to the wrong house.

I go up to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan camping. Some of the older farm houses have an entry door on the second floor, just the door, for those bad winters

I was going to take a guess the delivery outfit was Fedex, but you mentioned it in the last paragraph. That tell you how bad I felt of this company.
    And here is why.

See what time I posted this? Not that I don't get up plenty, way too early some nights. But this morning at least I had a reason.
We got baby ducks on the 7th. First time we've ever tried ducks, and a learning curve. They've been growing like mad. Probably three times the height of when they arrived. A little after 4AM we hear a sharp noise. Not anything usual. And I can see the glow of the light from bed... and it's suddenly not glowing. One of the d**n ducks must have pecked the light bulb and it shattered all over in their enclosure. So we've spend some time cleaning things up, and I guess we are up for the day. I never knew dicks (Freudian slip?) took so long to start getting feathers.
    GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!
