    Morning all:

    I've seen similar tracking!
Usually I don't have any problem, but the package before this was left alongside my driveway down near the road due to a gated driveway which I don't have, now this package left at the neighbor's house, might be a new hire???

Good Morning Folks. Just checking in to see if anyone has heard from Tom @95SLE ? I sent him a PM and haven't heard back. I sure hope he is okay :fingerscrossed::pray:.
Another MIA is Mark @Devious6 . Hope he is doing okay :fingerscrossed:.

I am enjoying our time on Sint Maarten with the warm weather (only rain, no snow :D).

Have a great day all and be safe.

When comes to manage that large amount of packages, it’s challenging to be perfect. But I am with you, Fedex is the worst!

Several years ago (10?) we got a couple of cards with the envelopes torn open and a pretty nice apology from the Post Office saying that someone had been caught opening stuff that they thought might contain money. Occasionally we get a letter delivered that isn't ours, most likely it's for next door, but I don't remember ever missing anything that should have come and didn't. (knock on wood)
Other than that I have no issues with the PO, or FedEx, or UPS. The level of service is such that whatever complaint I could have isn't memorable.

The shop is looking very empty.

My 36" Pexto stomp shear, Ed Lund 1B Drill Press, and a few other little things have all found new homes. That was the last of my shop's machinery.

The drill press was a beast of a machine—forget how heavy it was. My son reminded me of using the black (cast iron) pipe to roll it across the floor.

Here's a photo of a similar Edlund Drill press (the same model). The table had 24" of travel, the head about 8", and the quill around 6" of travel. Mine had an option "quick adjust" handle on one side and a big cast iron wheel on the other side—great for a shop, but overkill for my future needs. Mine was a 1921 machine, still running smoothly after 104 years!

I will take my license plate collection with me. "RT WJ27" was my German license plate. Little did I realize it was also a fortune teller for my future wife (RT was the city we lived in; her initials were the age when we married).

:annoyed:Off to a local hospital this am, to get an x-ray of wife's lungs.. bad cough. Mixed emotions... if they find something ...if they don't. Have to have faith these doctors know what they're doing. There's plenty of evidence either way.
If I have time, need to re-install mailbox.. too-fast plow took it out again... (sigh)

Got ashes and some kitty litter spread on the ice at the bottom of the driveway this morning, hopefully the oil truck will be able to make it up to the house. :fingerscrossed:

Ducks have outgrown their original container. We've raised chicks before and loved having them, but the ducks are entirely different. They like to play in their water and will soak the entire enclosure. So they either need to have everything changed constantly so they're dry, or they need to be prevented from playing in the water. We've figured it out with two waterers now as they have grown so much that they outgrew the original container. It's amazing how fast they've grown. They got tall enough that one pecked their source of heat/light bulb and broke it a couple of days ago. First pic is the first day at maybe 4 inches tall, and second pic is getting close to a foot tall... in a week and a half.
