Afternoon boys.... taxes uugghh

 

Taxes take away some of the joy of spring. I offset it by getting it done, and off my mind asap. Our small refunds don't really matter, but we're always glad to be done with it, for a while. We use a tax service to ease the pain of the yearly PIA. I did them, using Turbo for many years, until it went berserk. Now we do it the easy way. We make a holiday out of it, go out to eat, do a little shopping, etc... eases the pain a bit. Time well spent.

Morning everyone

 

Wifes kids coming in today, or so they said. They stop by once in a while, scarf a free meal, brag about their new cars. They think we're poor, ha-ha. If either of us try to say anything relevant, they immediately interrupt, continue bragging. I could easily outdo them, but it's more fun to let it roll, and side-glance my wife. They wouldn't understand most of it anyway. I have a mental list of comebacks to use... they'll fit any conversation. I already need a nap... way more important.
