Bought a couple more boxes of firewood, noticed they don't fit the firebox grate the same. They're shorter. WTF! Is nothing sacred? Everything is less than it used to be, except of course, the price... it's higher. :annoyed:

Morning kids :hattip:, at what point does the packaging become more costly than what’s inside, I opened a family size bag of chips the other day, they must be “empty nesters “

What temp did you cook the Yard Pimp at? I am smoking a chicken today for tonight's dinner.

Every 2 weeks for me. It takes me almost 30 min to load up the pill box.

Good morning. Yesterday was a PB for steps at 5,029. Not a lot but not bad for my recovery. Although I do not believe my phone counts steps correctly. I bought 2 exercises to straighten my leg 3 times a day for a total of 60 minutes. They are a bear to do. I play solitaire or listen to music during these exercises. We take 3 walks outside every day now and I would not mind if we added a 4th walk.

    Good Morning :hattip:

My Doctor's visit yesterday went well and my doctors are happy with the results . I do have an upcoming ultrasound and a CT scan . I also have a 24 hr urine sample I've got to do but everything is looking much better than a few months ago

The weather here yesterday was awesome with 78° for a high yesterday but this weekend has possible severe weather later thru tomorrow evening

    Great news.

Thank you. Upped the time on the 2 leg straightening exercises today from 10 to 15 minutes. My leg is so stiff after both exercises.

    Dog College Graduation Day!!

It went by fast but I will tell you this. Wild puppy at 3-4 months transitioned to almost 6 month old obedient dog. I remain stunned. Results may vary.

Got some tattoos done the other day. Turning 60 in Sept. Going to look at some condos today. Don't plan on any move while we still have our dog, who's up there in age (12)

Not a tattoo person but the artwork is sharp. Looks owwie!

I got a precancerous itchy spot froze off below my right eye. I think the dermatologist enjoyed my joke about it not being itchy so she gave me two extra generous spurts of LN2. Holy shikes Batman I nearly shot out of the chair. She chuckled. This morning it’s a leaky juicy blister.

So sad that instead of discussing a camping trip or new mod on our Tacomas, we discuss our failing health and what pills we take! LOL

I have sure been on the right path this past year... dropping from 220 to 186 (today's weight) and BP this morning was 131/82. Size 38 to 32 pants... If only my leg pain was better (after two back surgeries for the sciatica)! I would start walking much more... It has only been 2 months since the second surgery, so the doc says to call back in 2 months are review.

Have a great Saturday... It is overcast and very cool, so far today here in San Diego North County.

Surprised you didn't go for Calvin & Hobbes.

I'd love a set of paw prints to represent my dogs, but it seems I'm in too often for an MRI, so I'm holding off on tattoos.

I got turned off on tats long ago when I was working and a guy came in wearing nothing but short-shorts, and with swear words covering his entire body about two inches long and maybe three apart.

It's sooooo nice to have a well trained dog. One of the most valuable things I've ever done in life was to take an obedience course to train a dog when I was thirteen.

    Super rewarding

The odd thing especially for an energy filled dog - so much easier to tire her out when her mind is full

And they are so much more mentally stable for their entire life. Fifteen years more or less of exceptional companionship.
