Sunday is a restful day and think this applies to most people but not all seem to relish in the gift of life.
“Not I, nor anyone else can travel that road for you.
You must travel it by yourself.
It is not far. It is within reach.
Perhaps you have been on it since you were born, and did not know.
Perhaps it is everywhere - on water and land.”

I hope you have a great result with yours . I had mine done in Nov 23' and I hate it , biggest regret of my life . Mine is still stiff , still swells and limits what I can do. It feels like I have a blood pressure cuff around it 24/7 . I could do more BEFORE my surgery. I have had two stints of rehab but nothing changed . If I could get my old knee back I would do it in a heartbeat .

    Good luck to you .

Morning peeps. Hope this finds you all doing well. We're good. I was up last night couple times, but not for long, so I'll call it a good night. We were both lazy and tired all day yesterday.. IDK. Glad we both woke up this morning. I heard the coffee pot rattle just now, so the love of my life is ok. Any day we both wake up is automatically a good day.

Fixing to head up to Alaska soon to see new baby.

Dog having a buddy over today for a play time visit hilarity always to be had

Yard barely in control burned all the woody debris and mowed the back portion yesterday

Still need to finish the shelves for the living room but at least I finished replacing all the under cabinet lights. Added a dimmer switch too. Very nice indeed. The 2014 xenon lights ran hot tried to replace NLA bulbs with LED bulbs- flicker city - anyway talk about senior citizen contortions!

My only current ailment is right wrist- repetitive strain type

This will be the first year, in decades, that i have not had a vegetable garden. We are turning the small plot into a flower garden.

That is a good looking cat. Our 9 month old boy is getting huge. Pic at bottom of post.

Looks so good. Smoking a single rib roast today. We do not have beef all that often these days.

I had the same concerns. So far I am doing more with my legs than I have in a long time. Cannot wait till I can ditch the cane.

Good morning. Went for a solo intermediate length walk by myself yesterday. Not as much fun as walking with my wife. I was able to get in over 7500 steps yesterday. Only have PT once thus week. I hope everyone had a decent weekend.
    Pic of our cat Indie.

Paul: looks like you protected them well. In my area it is advised not to plant till after May 7th. This year I think I would wait another week.
