Spatchcocking is when you cut the chicken along the backbone after removing the wishbone. Frogging is cutting the chicken along the ribcage separating the breasts from the backbone, thighs and legs. You do have the cut and pull the wishbone out first. This leaved the back intact. Personally, the back is my favorite part of the chicken. I do not think one way is better than another.

Good afternoon. I was up early and the first home PT session and walk is out of the way. Almost time for the second session and another walk.

Evening all:

There is a forest fire on a mountain just NW of here in a basically uninhabited area. I have hunted there a long time ago and it should make for some good hunting, problem is that there is no longer public access to it unless you want to climb a very steep side of the mountain which is no longer an option!

 

Wow, gas here is $2.79 a gallon.

YES! Got our '02 Lexus back yesterday. It's been laid up in the body shop for a while. Wife is happy, it's her car. She can drive the Taco but would rather not. Glad that ordeal is history, and glad our favorite body shop is still going strong. Been dealing with them for a long time. Still a couple of the old-timers left.

Good to know. We are headed to Michigan next week to attend grand nephew's first communion. Big test for me, first long trip since knee replacemrnt. We have a hotel reservation mid way, in Newton Falls OH, about 5 1/2 hours from home. We also plan on stopping when we need to streach or other needs.


Good Morning. PT today and cooking a rack of Baby Back ribs. Seems like St Louis cut or full rack of ribs never go on sale. There are no butcher shops nearby where i live. Should be a pleasant day today in the DC area.
