Good morning, all. Worked my butt off yesterday, trimming, and then cleaning up the grounds. Looks spiffy now... I like it, but I'm paying for it this morning. Bought a new scissor-type trimmer yesterday, specifically for this chore... not worth CRAP. It hit the bottom of the trash can and immediately fell apart. My old pair still works. Glad I kept it. So much junk on the shelves... I can't keep up. It was worth it, I guess... got me motivated to spiffy up the grounds, and now it's easier to mow, maintain. I can see the mailbox from the house now and can watch the mail jerk rip the door off. Next, I need to figure out a way to mount the house number metal sign to the top of the mailbox. Don't really want to drill any holes in the mailbox. Has anyone done this?

Looks nice. I would not attempt to replace a door now.

Now that is a job I can handle. I also do really well watching paint dry.

Good morning. Not a lot going on today. Getting ready for my morning walk. Temps supposed to be in the 90's today. Pork shoulder came out tasty

Oh yum-yum; I pulled a loaf of Organic Semolina sourdough out of the oven earlier this week, I'm thinking a sandwich with your pulled pork would be super tasty!

Morning 60+ crew! The pork and bread look delish. I hit 62 in stride yesterday. Hit a TRX workout in the morning, walked the pup and walked 9 holes with my wife. Feeling blessed.

I did some trail riding yesterday. Along the rifle river.

Still doing OK on the bikes for an old geezer. Sand trails where tough though.

Awesome! I have canoed that river more times than I can count; my grandmother used to have a cottage between Elbow Lake and Skidway Lake.

I was right near skidway. A friend has a cabin right across the road from the river public access. It's where all the canoe rental companies drop you off.
