Happy birthday... that was when I retired (62), as my work involved physical labor (digging, on my knees installing irrigation lines, etc.) I just didn't have the energy any longer. Since then, I lost a lot of my beer and burrito weight and feel better! Now, at 67, I am doing pretty good but my work is limited to writing and lately, planting fruit trees in my back yard (5).

I have never had good luck with those K cup coffee makers. Or the Ninja coffee maker for that matter.

Speakin' a birds. Where are all the hummingbirds? We had a very light year, last year, but this year there are hardly any. We usually go through fifty pounds of sugar each summer. 20/30 birds every day. Peak times a hundred at the same time. This year we've never seen more than four at a time.

We have seen a rebound in Meadowlarks though. They've been scarce or entirely gone for about five years and this year we have several where we walk. Maybe not as many as before the great die off, but they are nice to hear on our walks.

Wow that’s a lot of birds, we usually have a dozen or so. Need to raise up my feeder, the deer keep getting in to it and knocking it over

Set up one coon trap yesterday, in a place they frequent. I may set a few more, but that means I have to check and maintain them. Don't really want to make more work. My days are already full of crap that I really don't want to do.
Took the Lexus to the shop yesterday to fix the air conditioner. Took 3+ hours, and all they did was put some Freon in it. I hope they checked it for leaks. My go-to shop, but all new people. They charged me too much, but I haven't had anything done for a while, so IDK. Wife's happy now... fantastic!

Welcome to the thread. It is your turn to but the beverage if choice into the cooler. Today is lawn cutting day and you are up. The xMark zero turn is in the shed.

Neither have I. Picked up a Chineese knock off for 1/3 the cost. Works well and takes up less counter space.

Good morning. Working in the sheds today, this morning. Handyman is coming today to finish up the door into the garage from the laundry room and power wash the house. Put two coats of paint on the foor trim this week and dug out some wall paint.

    Morning all:

    Another welcome to 21TRDPro.
Looks like a third Saturday in a row that the electrician won't make it due to predicted rain. :annoyed:
Mowed the back yard yesterday, I really don't need to mow it every time that I mow the front I but usually do.

Received the flanged bearings yesterday and did a quick test with a new blade to see how well they work, seemed to work satisfactorily since the same end of the blade kept ending up near the bottom at the same point. I also saw another article where the guy uses router bearings on a shaft to balance LM blades, using bearings seems to be a simple cheap and accurate way to balance LM blades.

I had my truck AC charged as well after 18 years, the guy told me the amount of freon in the system is charged to its specs at 22 oz. and the caps and shredder valves were replaced. So far so good!
