    Morning all:
Lets see: Turkey with spaghetti and sauerkraut for the main course, and oreo cookies with limburger and liverwurst frosting for appetizers.
    What's for dessert?
NO ONE ever asks for seconds when I cook, they must all be on a diet. :D

Morning, all!! Back to work for me today.

Yesterday was busy but fun - attended a fundraiser for the local leader development program I work with and the went from there directly to a fundraiser for our regional child abuse/neglect intervention organization. Lynn and I were asked to do a challenge to help raise funds. We lead the 5k walk and even managed to stay in the lead throughout the walk - first from start to finish.

Of course, we came home and had to hit the spa and soak those sore muscles!!

And, I will be hitting the spa again in a few minutes to warm those tired muscles before work.

    Afternoon all:
Just had homemade scrapple and liver pudding about a month ago. It's still available in every store and butcher shop in our area.
I don't eat it on a regular basis, but do purchase it several times a yr.

Even though I grew up in the same area as Carl, I never learned to like scrapple - now Shoo Fly Pie...that's another story.

Good luck at the doctor's on Thursday, Fred!! I hope the eye is well on the way to being mended and you get to make that camping trip!!

Today I get one year closer to being able to officially participate here - 58 this year. I came home last night to find my truck was gone....opened the garage door and saw Lynn's car so she took the truck for some reason. She came home with it sporting a brand new bike rack - my birthday present. I'd been talking with the bike owner wanting to surprise Lynn by taking her in to tune in her crappy bike and getting her a new one as a present along with a rack - she beat me to it...and the shop owner ruined the surprise by telling her I'd been talking to him. Oh well, great minds think alike.

    Have a great day everyone!!
