    Good Morning :hattip:

Currently watching a small group of young Male bucks grazing in the field behind my house . My cat Gunny is being very talkative this morning watching the deer and it's funny to watch him !!!!

Another very warm and humid day here and a chance of strong to moderate t storms . Yesterday at 1900hrs it was 101°

    Congratulations!

I hope your final two weeks are less stressful than the final two weeks I just finished up with on Friday. Knowledge transfer needs to be spoon fed, but given the short amount of time, I had to have my replacements drinking from a firehose.

    Morning all:

Welcome @Bent Wheel and @J.Chandler, one of you needs to fill up the cooler!
Good group on here with varied interests, pull up a chair on the porch and any pics. are always welcome.

Just got back from the monthly trip to Wally World to stock up on kitty supplies, it's hot and humid with a light mist coming down, looks like no outside work will be getting done today!

Walked in our town parade yesterday. Top picture is me with the sun/safari hat walking behind the ladies. Fairly roasting.

It looks like you eat right. Key for powering the push mower.

We love the Tundy. The power, room and luxury are wonderfully absurd. It’s just too long and low for playing in the dirt. The large 38 gallon tank hangs below the frame and was scrapped many times first time out.
The wife says get another Taco if you want but were keeping the Tundy.

As a heads up, you may be asked to return part-time. I did that for 3 years after retiring. It was OK.
20 hours/week on my schedule to transfer that 'institutional knowledge'.
Had some one trained, then they quit. Trained the next one and it seemed to take....

They say your reward for "doing a good job with a Crappy Situation is you get the next Crappy Situation". - true in my case. You accept the assignment with that flustered look on your face - but you at least don't get the next 'crappy situation minus (10% crappy)'.
as a formula that would be: BS = CS-(10% X CS) '. So you end up getting (90% X BS ).

You end up getting paid and a lot less pressure. So, there is a win in some of this.

LOL, not an option; I start a new job with Google a week from tomorrow, and that will preclude me from any professional engagement with my previous company.
