Same for the weather here, much more pleasant this up coming week. But it'll warm up again the following week, it is August after all.

Time to change oil in the Tacoma, maybe get to it tomorrow or Sun with the cooler weather, MAYBE!

Good morning. A balmy 61° this morning in Caseville, Mi. We were not able to go fishing yesterday due to rough seas. Today will be laid back.

Went out to get my morning coffee and the lowest tire pressure light was on .

Came home and threw the carpet in the truck bed
Finished adding a new 120V circuit in my shop for expansion plus a single 20 amp outlet and outdoor box for breezeway fan and temp controller. Thermocouple is up high

 

took my grillfriend for a spin las-nite...

I made giant meatballs with bacon and cheese. Split open like an over ripe melon during the final cook after smoking man they were good!! All veggies and fruits- even the herbs from our garden

Enjoying the cooler weather , even opened up the windows in my house and turned the AC off . Both Rascal and Gunny enjoyed the fresh air and listening to the birds

The weather here is a few degrees cooler than yesterday . Just opened up the windows again

They do OK in NC? I've grown a few. Now my forest has no redwoods!

Yeah they do.

In fact there are 3 spots in the triangle with old Redwoods.

We have a pair in Chapel Hill that are 122 yrs old. A pair in Raleigh in a front yard.

And one in Wilson that I have yet to go document.
