May have been in the post that got trashed.
It was mentioned that anything that has the reference "MAN" in it should be changed, such as fireman, milkman, sportsman, infantryman, policeman etc.,etc. I saw them talking about this on the news a few days ago. Someone wants to make these politically correct, by changing man to person!

JDM Ranchero: 1964 Toyopet Crown RS46 Pick-Up

This customized 1964 Toyopet Crown pick-up is a collision of several worlds but somehow it works. The truck was originally sold to Australia as a model called the Masterline. It then travelled back to Japan and was eventually imported to California not long ago. The Mooneyes gang got their hands on it as some point and gave it a mile hot rod treatment with a lowered stance and 14″ Enkei alloys. Find it in Santa Fe Springs, California. Our first thought was that this truck needs to head to the Japanese Classic Car Show in Long Beach, but it looks like it was already there last year so the cat is out of the bag. It would still make a strong showing as a repeat guest. The rear lights are recognizable as a Crown, and it wears Mooneyes frames front and rear along with way-forward fender mirrors.

The interior is a two-tone blue and white in very nice condition and the 4-speed manual is shifted on the column. The steering wheel looks original and that linear speedo looks like a trip.

A Google image search doesn’t bring many of these trucks to the surface, so we have to wonder how many were ever made. The seller guesses that this is one of the only ones in the USA, but are there more hidden about in Australia and Asia? We’d love to see a restored stock version next to this one at the next outing. Where everyone?
Last few days was asking around about a man, that I knew for most of my life and haven't seen for a few months. The worst was confirmed; he had passed. He also worked at the steel, was 64, and looked to be in good shape and health. Never know!!!!!

Getting there with the flea problem, SCRATCH, SCRATCH!
Pretty well under control!
Borax, salt, baking soda, and diatomaceous earth are doing them in, +vac.,vac.,vac.
It seems that a pan with soapy water, under a night light, really does them in. I think it would be wise to keep a couple of these in place 24/7.
Also got a spot flea control for the kitties. I don't like to use these, but also don't want them to become a flea nursery.

 

I do not know about the others but Im still alive ..
