    What the heck, if they make $15 hr. and pay child support for 2-3 kids, they might still be clearing $80 a wk.! :D

    Maby they will double the SS for "MANY" that are making $600-$800 a month. That doesn't even come out to what minimum wage is, and there are people that have to live on that.
    I just talked to a woman this morning. $600 something a mo.SS, and $135 mo. pension.
    Less than $10k a yr. Can't be too easy, but she can still afford to smoke! :crazy:

    :wave:Morning All... been under the weather all week. Got a summer cold and it is hanging on. Was up in Williamsport with the Grandson's son and son-in-law for the Little League world Series. Great weekend, great weather and great games:D.

    If they give them $15 dollars an hour, a big mac meal will probably cost $14 and it will still be the same as what you get now:eek: for $7. Cheaper to go to a restaurant that has good hamburgers cause they generally include fries with the burger for $8 to $10:thumbsup:

    An elderly golfer comes

    in after a good round of golf at the new course and heads straight to

    the bar/restaurant area of the club house.

    As he passes through

    the swinging doors, he spots a sign hanging over the bar that

    reads:

    COLD BEER: $5.00
    HAMBURGER: $10.00
    CHEESEBURGER: $15.50
    CHICKEN SANDWICH: $18.50
    HAND JOB: $250.00

    ​
    Checking his

    wallet to be sure he has the necessary money, the old golfer walks up

    to the bar and beckons to the exceptionally attractive female

    bartender who is serving drinks to a couple of sun-wrinkled golfers.

    the bar to the old golfer.

    “Yes?” she inquires with a wide,

    knowing smile. “May I help you sir?”

    The old golfer leans over the bar and whispers,    ​
    “I was wondering young lady, are you the one who

    gives the hand-jobs around here?”

    She looks into his wrinkled

    eyes and with a wide smile purrs,    ​
    “Yes sir, I sure am.”

    The old golfer leans in even closer and into her left ear says softly,    ​
    “Well then, be sure to wash your hands real good, because I want a
