Seen it most of my life ,Mom had it at age 40. Mine is like a demon inside. Its in the come & go stage. Most days are fine then you wake up and it hurts just to get out of bed or open a water bottle ...Then in a day or two its like Im 30 again :(...I know whats coming so you just have to learn to live with it.

Live with it we do. stretching really helps the Arthur in the spine. However Arthur in the foot never stops being painful. I get a shot in the foot every 3 months or so and the pain is kept to a manageable level.

Morning All. Snow has stopped and coldddd out there this morning. One plus of having an association is I woke up this morning and the driveway and sidewalks were shoveled. Crews worked all night. Got about 5 to 6 inches. Lot less then they had predicted.

Hi Sue, He sure as heck did. The kids today have the knack to beat us at Xbox games or Play Station. I need to practice so I can at least catch up to him....never be able to beat him.

Good morning all. It was 6° here this morning. I need to clean the driveways and sidewalks again this morning. I was really glad we did the work last evening. If we did not do it there would be an inch and a half of ice covering the driveways and sidewalks.

X2 on loosing a family member... even though they are pets, they become an integral part of the family.

I agree with you on that one...daughter had to have her yellow lab 12yrs old put to sleep for bad hips and a tumor in her brain...her family are still crying when they think of her...

It's always a such difficult time. I lost my best buddy a few years ago. A 14 year old Corgi. His name was Buzzer. It still pains
my heart when I think of him. My wife and I also decided at that time no more pets. Not because I don't love them but because it's so hard to say good bye. As time passes it will help.

In the 30 years we have been in this house we have put down 5 dogs.. Our old one now is 13 and has arthritis bad in one leg. We keep our dogs 4 or 5 years apart so we can get over the last one before we have to put the next one down.

Good early morning all. Getting ready to head out to the gym early today. School starts 2 hours late for my son so I thought I would get an earlier than usual start.

Need to wake up the son in 30 minutes to get ready for school.

Light day today. Ned to stop by church and install two smoke detectors. I had two that failed this week. They are old and served us well.

I am going to scrounge Craigs list for some firewood.
