Update! Haven't heard anything further from the IRS. They asked for a copy of the return, and proof of the HCTC payments. Hope that's it! Like I said, all the taxes were paid, just didn't file the return. Went to a new preparer this year.
The garbage bill that the Township accounting firm was questioning, it was a mistake! Guess they figured that out after the records showed that only 6 people paid it!

Looks like the IRS problem is almost behind you.

So my son wanted to ride my old bike because his used and abused bike we bought we him two years ago was too small this year and hard to pedal. He wanted to ride my 17 YO diamondback that has been sitting around for a while. I have not replaced a bike tire in close to 50 years but I purchased 2 tires, tubes, rim guards and tire liners. The old tire and tube was rotted out. I was surprised at how easy it was to do the maintenance. The hardest part was the tire liners and that was easy. I will see how he likes it when he gets home from school. The cost of the tires and parts was less that $90 which is a lot less than a new bike.

Came home and pulled the rear end out of the race car to overhaul.

Weather needs to warm up a bit more before I start up the boat.

Morning all:
OHHH! Just noticed the race car has KO's on it!!!

Thought I needed a new monitor on the puter. NOTHING; couldn't get it to turn on. Unplugged it from the power strip/surge protector, plugged it into a house outlet and it worked. Plugged it back into a different outlet on the power strip, and it also worked. Looks like its time for a new surge protector/power strip!

better safe then sorry, we got out and into a motel for the day and night , it burned 100 acres on the side of the mountain in the state park. 2 hueys who knows how many fire fighters .thankful the wind shifted and mother nature added some rain, still some hot spots 24 hours after the call out.
