    IIRC, this is accurate.

Hope all had a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend this far.

    Morning Ken. Going good.

6x6 came together well. For a while there I wondered if I should have just bought a new one, but that was really just my frustrations with learning the machine. With everything mechanical serviced and/or replaced, and even with the 6 new tires, I'm still $6k to $7k less than what I would have paid for a brand new rig. For the half dozen times a year I'll use it for anything more than hauling off grass clippings, it should last a long while. Guys at work have been having a lot of issues with the newer ones, so I think I might be better off in the long run.

Thanks, I'm always happy hunting or fishing. :)

And yes sir, we'll stay safe, and try to stay warm too. Forecast over there is upper 20s at night and 40s during the day. Good thing I bought a buddy heater for the tent. Chance of 1-3 inches of snow over there Tuesday night.

Isn't your trip coming up soon?

 Good morning Carl, and thank you. Things are proceeding similar to last year. We're heading out for the caribou hunt with 4 moose quarters hanging in Randy's garage. A friend of ours drew a cow tag for the area that we live in. Randy called me Saturday evening asking if I was ready to go to work ... friend shot her cow on Randy's property just before sunset. We were up 'til 4AM Sunday morning skinning, gutting, and quartering it. With any luck, we'll bring back a couple of caribou. We should be busy for the next week and a half.;)

Thanks Glenn. We have the caribou processed into old fashioned hot dogs, polska keilbasa sausage and breakfast sausage. It's delicious. Moose we process ourselves into steaks, roasts, and mooseburger. It's very much like beef, only so much better in my opinion.

Well, time to take the last shower I'll have for the next 5-6 days.

    Take care all. :)

Nicely configured. Much different from standard wood stock they normally come with. Long distance home defense, I like it.

    Morning all.
Finally had a good race meet.
    A forth
    A third
    And a second.
Car shifting good and ran strong.

The only downside is the event had a few serious accidents.
Unfortunately it resulted in the loss of one driver.
When some people think of vintage racing they think of a parade of old cars.
Nothing can be further from the truth. They push these cars as hard as they can.
They did a pace lap with the missing pole position.
It put a big damper on the rest of the meet.
    My season is done.
    Back to work today.
I can just imagine what's in store for me when I get there.

Morning Mike:wave:... for good finishes and car running strong...
Sorry to hear about the loss of a driver:sorry:...always a downer and never a thing you need to see happen:pray:...

Look on the bright side with work Mike, it's only a 4 day work week...take care and don't get stressed out at work...
