Evening all.
Temp is warming up.
63 right now.
Now they are saying t/storms for tomorrow. GAAAAAAAH

Had a great day at work.
Did an Exon Valdez on myself. Hit my head on a plow frame.
That was the first hour.
After that it did go uphill.

Here are a few pics from this week if your interested.
Camry with major wiring issue. Accident car.
Main harness burned causing lights and fans to stay on.
Partial dash disassemble, abs brake lines removed. inner fender wells removed, front fascia, intake vac lines.
such a joy.

Outside not to bad.
Inside cheesy with red panels on a gray interior. Way overdone. Would have been better black.
I keep trying to remember why i do this...

Thanks, kids, for the welcome. I do feel kinda left out of all the fun, though, as my 4 years wasn't quite as exciting as yours. The only thing I can look back on was the Cuban Blockade, and even then, I was in re-training when my unit went through the canal. My memories are all good except for a few really fab hangovers. To those who came before and later, I take my hat off to you with humble gratitude.

Fixing my nieces Lawnmower and it needs a new carb. Replacement is $27 so I ordered it. This will be the third Honda HR214 I have fixed in two years. Replaced the carb on 2 of them. Less expensive to buy a carb then the replacement parts. Actually this is not bad considering the mower is from 1986.

Just got back from the river. The young guy and I managed 5 walleyes and 2 stripers.

Hope Mike got in a recuperation day on the lake ... Sounds like he needed it.

We didn't go to Chicken for Caribou again; talked to a Wildlife Trooper in Tok Thursday morning and he passed the herd had hooked and loitering north out of range from the mining trails we go in on. Gonna check with them again Monday morning for an update. We went moose hunting closer to home instead. Managed to find a legal spike fork bull, so more meat for the freezer. Pan fried 4 of the backstrap steaks with scrambled eggs Sunday morning, delicious!
