for vacation 6. Any plans or a honey do vacation?

 

Thanks for the saw advice Charlie. We burn 2-3 cords a year but mostly buy it already cut and split. This past year though two of the neighbors had trees cut down so the saw and the neighbor's splitter were pretty busy. I have a Stihl MS180C, 16" bar. I've cut far bigger trees than that bar can get through by going around and making two cuts. I sharpen my own chains with a file and have been meaning to get a better tool for the job.

My father offered me his *really* old Homelite, but it weighed at least double what the newer ones do. I thanked him but said no.

About now you are probably on the table, in dreamland thanks to the gas passer. We're thinking all good thoughts and will talk to you soon.

Thanks John. Good to know he's into the recovery stage of the process for today.

 

Yup. We are heading to an all-inclusive resort on the island of Antigua - Galley Bay. We went there for our 25th and 26th wedding anniversaries. Now going back for our 40th.

I hope Charlie is out of surgery and recovering!!
