Morning Charlie, Dave and Jim ...Don't need a dog with a flatulence problem Charlie, I produce enough of it myself:laugh:...
Been really fortunate with the power in my area, in the 12 years I have been here we only lost power once for a day and then got it back. Worse comes to worse I will go to one of the kids houses and make a royal pain in their asses  like they used to do to me:rofl::rofl:.
    Hey Jim, any pups yet:confused:

72 Years old. Yesterday, ordered my new 2015 Tacoma Limited, 4x4, Pyrite Mica to replace my recently sold 1997 T100, which was purchased new. That T100 never had any reliability issue other than normal maintenance, brakes, tires, etc. Hope this Tacoma is as reliable!!!

Ummmm no thanks. change her food? :notsure: I had to change Annies... bought one bag of lamb and rice and HATED life for the month or so it took her to eat it. Changed to a different meat, and have had no issues since

Welcome to a couple of new guys!

Just got back from the river and GOT SKUNKED! The young guy landed 7, and had at least as many hits. Oh well; that makes up for the 12-4 night that was in my favor! :)

    Morning all:
Tank insurance? That's the first time I heard of that.
Guess they have to squeeze every penny out of us that they can.

Hey Charlie. Hope the pain level is getting more manageable.

Yep, insurance makes sense to me; none of that clean-up work comes cheap.

    Afternoon all.
    Been tinkering with blowers today.
Working on the backup with the carb problem.
Did something i never do and bought a 5 dollar bottle of snake oil.
suppose to remove varnish and deposits in a carb.
I knew i had to rebuild it so no big deal. It couldn't hurt.
so this thing would surge and misfire.
I put some in the tank with enough fuel for 10 min. Wanted it super strong.
ran it. Added A full tank and put a little more snake oil in it.
I don't believe it. runs much better and starts so much easier.
don't know if it will last but, i'm going to try it. No surging right now.

pic 1 Custom made a few bolts to secure the starter.

Pic 2 is the walk behind crew ready to go.

What brand of snake oil did you use? On most forums, they brag up SeaFoam.

    It's called " Mechanic In A Bottle".
Says it revitalizes rubber, cleans carbon, cleans varnish, which is what I was going after since I think the main jet was dirty.
Wanted to try a fill and forget cure.
Should be interesting. With all the ethanol isssus small engine have we have so stay after them. I always use stable in every small engine and I will mix in a little race fuel from time to time. So this backup sat I think without it. With no adj carb in it the passages need to me perfect just to run kinda ok. I constantly look for old adj carbs and I'll grab one when I need to. Way to many variables not to be able to adj them. Sooooooooo stupid they are sealed. So I drill them out when I need to.
