morning all: just purchased a digital camera, LOOK OUT . now if I could only figure out how to use the camera, from another CD W/ instructions, and then how to post pictures. feel like i'm in kindergarden on things related to a computer. probablly should get a book, might help.

 

Done, and will continue to do.

 

My unsolicited 2 cents.
Unless you are a shutterbug/photography oficionado, forget about all the settings and put it on the 'auto' setting, you should get a decent pic and experience much less frustration.
Also, unless you will be doing enlargements, you don't need 10 and 12 megapixel settings. Cut it down and have more room on the camera card and the pics will take less space when uploaded to your computer.

So what camera did you purchase?

 

fugifilm fine pix T190. just wanted a compact digital for general use. have fairly decent 35mm's W/ good lenses, but too bulky to carry around. also have 35mm pocket cameras. those things are about worthless unless subject is very close. hope this is one better W/ 10X lens.

 

Nice camera Carl. Fits the bill for what you are looking for.

morning all: time to get some small projects done today. clean shop vac, two fans, ceiling fan, batteries in GPS, small piece of hose on boat fuel tank. this little stuff takes time.

Had the same experience yesterday.

 

Evening All, been trying to get the clothes dryer fixed, tomorrow is another day...I believe the thermal fuse is bad again...replaced it last year and the dryer worked great...until now...Ken

 

Ken is the exhaust vent restricted by a sharp bend or too much lint. Also if the outside vent has louvers make sure they are working properly.

 

All is good with the vents Tom...Worked one load and no heat on the second...replaced the thermal fuse and thyristor last year and it worked great until now...going to check out further today...thanks for the help cause sometimes the most easiest things are overlooked...Ken
