Just thought I'd check in with my peer group. Good to see some other geezers still out and about living life.

Alright. Time for my nap. :p

Welcome Bill and Dan to one of the few places left where you can still be called a n00b. By napping you'll fit right in with our token young punk Rob, who sagely notes....

Morning everybody...we've been cutting a little firewood.

If we're not cutting we're having a planning session...we have lots of planning sessions. That's me without my hat on.

    Evening all.
Steady day today with not to much drama.
Tomorrow is going to be hell as morons are going to wait for the last min to get major work done.

    Ok Don since you asked.

The race car is one of many we have or have had.
Of the ones we still have this is my favorite.
    It is a 1964 Elva MK7 S.
Powered by a 2.0 Liter BMW engine.
The coolant runs through part of the frame.
It's a big Go Kart on Steroids.
Not terribly blinding speed (about 150mph I think) on the front straight at Watkins Glen. But it is very nimble and quick on the corners. It's a finesse / momentum car so very smooth inputs gets this baby around.
Over a period of time you will see our cars in my sig. I do plan to update it for the new year.
Here are a few pics for you.
    ENJOY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good evening guys. Well Verizon did not tell me I needed to be home to sign for a new SIM card. FedEx came when I was out delivering for Meals on Wheel with my son. I am pretty pissed at them right now.

    Happy New Year guys.

Do you think the problem with Ford extends into the 2013 Ford Fusion with the 2.0 EcoBoost engine?

I honestly don't know, but reading what Paul posted would make me skeptical of anything with the "EcoBoost" moniker. But that's just me ... :notsure:

Dad & I went down to Sebring in the mid 60's. Back then the race was great .Camp where you want and stand where you want to watch the race.
Now its all about safety . People this is y we cant do fun things !! I do remember the Lotus were fast. The big block vetts & cobras were the real real deal.. If nothing else just for the SOUND:D:cool:

    HAPPY NEW YEAR

HAPPY NEW YEAR.. Rain has killed the bird day for the pups for today. will get them out next week now:(

Rebuild the 64 , put no more $$ in the 1980.. This is y I will not buy a ford. The 5.0 f150 is ok at best. Ford cars & suv == JUNK..
