Saw the movie Sunday as well and we had the same results . Everyone was very respectful and quiet during the end. There were quite a few drippy eyes in the audience. Recommend this for everyone to see.

Good morning all! It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood!

Yesterday was a bit wet in the morning, so outside chores waited until later in the day. As I was hauling firewood up to the house, I noticed my legs were a bit sore. That started me thinking about Susan's comments about her shoulders the other day. My comment to myself as I was pushing the wheelbarrow was, "Tomorrow my shoulders will be sore." DOMS-Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness."

I remember my old man in his late 60's telling me his knees needed replacement. I told him he need to get off his butt and start moving. That only angered him. Later I found out he went to the doc and the doc told him to get up and start moving.

I would never have thought it, but it is possible to lose fat and gain lean weight as an old fart. Maybe I'm being too introspective this morning, but the little woman started this when she commented that I was going to out live her. I'm tempted to tell her what I told the old man, but do not for two reasons.

I remember how obnoxious individuals who have quit smoking can be as they try to reform the still smoking. I try to not indulge in that kind of superior moral preaching. It was okay with the old man as I was only suggesting it would be better for him to walk rather than drive the 100 feet to the mail box, and I was not deliberately working out.

The second reason is that her only increase in activity would be ripping me a new one.

However, no amount of exercise or movement will erase the wrinkles and gray hair. Exercise might work for a butt lift, but it does not do much in the way of a face lift. No matter what I do, I will remain an old fart until I turn into worm food.

    Morning everybody.
He's doing well. I've spoiled him so much so that most of the day yesterday he just wanted to lay on my lap. So I didn't get much done. When I brought him home Sunday night, I initially laid him on a blanket in one of our big stuffed family room chairs. He whimpered at me until I sat down with him on my lap. Had to watch TV and semi-sleep like that for about three hours. Was finally able to move him over by himself and go to bed for some decent rest ... Felt it in my neck yesterday morning. By yesterday evening he's getting around as close to normal as can be expected. I can tell the cone collar irritates him, but he's accepted it now.

Short answer is he's good and I think he'll be fine. ;)

    Thanks for asking Susan.

EDIT: And sorry missed your post last night.

I don't pay him much mind, but aggravates the crap out of me that assholes go to the movies he makes and buy into most of it:eek:. If he was over there and relied on a sniper to cover his butt, he would be whistling a different tune. Did he even serve in the military or is one of those panty wasted liberals:mad: Sorry for the rant.

    Morning all:
Paul; thanks for posting the write up. I had never seen or heard of them, but not too long ago a pic. of a restored one was on ice shanty, then I stumbled onto the one I posted on predatormasters, learn something new every day!
As for winter gas, it seems like the 4 Toyotas I have owned drop 3-4 mpg when they switch to winter gas. The young guy I fish with noticed the same thing with his Tacoma.
    COYOTES------:infantry:!
