There was no turning back once I bought the major appliances.

 

I'm sure it'll be awesome.

 

Afternoon all:
for Tom! Don't you just love it when a plan comes together.

Only maybe 4-5" of snow here, but saturated and heavy. Supposed to go down to single digits tonight, so it will probably be hard as a rock tomorrow.

Are you bald Paul? I've been told that women just can't resist bald men!

I don't see anything wrong with the old kitchen

 

25 years of use had taken it's toll. The tile was faded around the edges, countertops were beaten up. cabinets and major appliances were old and showing age.

Time for an upgrade that will include a lot of the latest features in cabinets and appliances.

If you take care of your house furnishings they will last quite a while. The only items staying are the garbage disposal and the refrigerator.

 

So if it shows its age you throw it out?

Mmmmmm I hope my Carol don't do that to me. Lol

 

If that's the case, then Tom better look out!!!

 

I can see the age at sink and stove. As a plumber and seeing you're putting a lot of work into the new kitchen, I'd ditch the disposer for a new one. Unless it's a few months old or something.
Big project for sure.

 

About 10" of new white stuff.

All cleaned. Cup of coffee and off to work for my odd shift.

I can honestly say without this new blower I would be out of room with a normal plow.

I am asking for good vibes for grandson.
He is going into surgery for his eyes again on Friday.
From now till Sat I won't be able to sleep.
This kid continues to grow and let's nothing stop him.

The disposal is a year and a half old. It is a nice InSinkErator quiet unit. I will keep that.
