Good morning, everyone. Hoping that the "spring forward" of the day helps usher Spring here in the Northeast. Day 3 since sending our pup Charlie across The Bridge - God I miss that big butthead.

The kitchen is looking amazing, Tom! I love the cabinets!!

Enjoy the day, hug your family members and your furbabies.

DST bah humbug. I'm a lot happier about gaining the hour at the other end than I am about losing it at this end. And I really really wish they'd undo the changes they made in '07 to make it 5 weeks longer! My brain and body are telling me this is too soon for DST.

Rant off. Good morning wizened and wisened ones and wannabes.

Dave, I agree that DST starts too early and ends too late. I'm with the folks in Arizona .... We're not going to do it !!

Ken, I've read the info on "administrators" and "moderators" on the TW website. I haven't found info on what "OP" is, who they are, how they achieved that designation, what they do, etc..

    Educate me.

    Tex

OP = Original Poster. It appears next to the username of the person who started the thread. As such it will change depending on which thread you are reading. In this case Ken started the thread so he gets the distinction.

That's me, the OP. Our friend Jim: river_rat was one of the first to post with me and he said we wouldn't get but about 6 of us. I am glad we have picked up more than 6 on the thread. Great group of folks on the thread even if you aren't 60 yet:D.

Afternoon all... just love driving my Taco to work in the morning in the dark on a cold morning hitting all those potholes and it's rattle free and solid feeling. Not bad for an 9YO truck with 125k on it. Guess that's why this old geezer drives a youngins truck. Just thought I'd throw out my thought for the day to ya'll.:D

Day one of the week is down. I had my first nuclear stress test and no problems were found.

Fortunately for me I had the nuclear launch codes.

    Evening all:
POTHOLES :(, this winter is really tearing up the roads in our area.

Good to go for awhile Tom! Back any better? Sometimes the bone crackers can get you some relief.

Back and leg is still not 100%. The pain is a lot less but just does not want to go away totally. At least I am sleeping through the night.

    Morning all:
    Any news on Paul?

Read about a local heroin bust yesterday. 450 packs of heroin; what are these people thinking that use that stuff.
