Raining like crazy here. Supposed to have snow up in CT and Vermont.

Glad I am not going anywhere tomorrow. It will be a mess on the east coast.

The Retrofit GB hit 25 last night. Now to get the discount code and order.

    Carl:
I knew what would happen given both parties unwillingness to work towards what is best for our country. I hustled and was able to finish the purchase of an Annunity last week when the market was higher.

If we all ran our households like the gov't. is running this country we would be locked up and lose everything we worked for...some good folk already have lost everything due to the incompetence of our elected officials...:rant:...but on a brighter note, Thanksgiving is only a day and a half away...Ken

    Morning everyone and Happy Thanksgiving!

I've been trying to get some progress done on writing my dissertation proposal and then Lynn and I took a quick 2 day vacation into NYC. Now it's family time here at Mighty Mortgage Manor. First of 2 turkeys went into the oven at 4AM.

And soon, a Thanksgiving tradition here..Mimosas. Woo Hoo!

So you older guys, you've probably seen terrible economies before. Is it normal to start to feel hopeless about the future when there is nothing for work anywhere?

    Also, Happy Thanksgiving
