61 here, enjoy my 2012 Tacoma as much as any of the youngsters. I hang out with the local Tacoma World crew, most of them are about 25 to 35 if I had to guess. We get along fine and their wives/girlfriends are much better to look at!

I have a set in the back.
Either man or auto activation. Sometimes I see rabbits and other creatures.

:pccoffee: :spy: Hi fellow sixtys, new folks, and wannabes. Not posting much lately, work has been consuming me again. Hopefully this will be the end of it. Been doing birthdays/holidays/yard excavation on weekends so busy there too. I was going to drop the "I'm going to work part time" bomb last week but nobody was there to tell and I was sick as a dog with a cold anyway. So Tuesday is the day now. We'll see if my employer has a heart. I'm betting against it.

Our motion activated outside lights seem to be triggered by breezes, critters, and a single falling snowflake, but apparently not by human beings or vehicles. Very strange.

Well, I told them. To my mild surprise, my immediate manager was quite supportive. Of course he is powerless to do anything, standard practice in overweight bureaucracies. He pushed it up to a senior director, who promised to take it to HR. I asked my manager to give me an yes/no next week as to whether or not it is possible to do it at all.

I have a old shot bottle of serums 7 in my tool box. It's like 30 years old. When I retire after my last car I work on I'm going to open it up and slug it down. Then I'll pass out because I don't drink.

Lol at the suggestions guys! I think my boss's boss may be pulling for me too at this point. Small steps.

I used to work at a "certain specialty steel company in Reading PA" that shall go unnamed becuase of what I'm about to reveal. December was essentially a lost month. Work slowed to a crawl, people took llllooooonnnngggggg lunches, and so on. There was a certain cabinet in a certain location in the lab where I worked that was stocked with hooch the entire month. Guys would loiter in there drinking *ahem* soda for hours on end. Coming from a straitlaced high tech outfit as I had, this culture shift was a bit of a shock. For about 2 seconds. :)

Well just start now. Welcome. Coolers are on the right. Newbies fill it. Grab an empty chair.
The recliner is mine FYI. Hunting and fishing shows on the tv. Racing on the big screen.

    OK! Evening all
Keep after those critters Mike, it's a war!
I always had some carpenter bees flying around the back garage, this year there were MANY MANY more! My neighbor gave me a carpenter bee trap and I figured I better put it up-----it works!
