Aw, you had to bring that up. :p It shouldn't be too bad actually - I'll work half as much on the weeks I'm on call.

We actually finished second. Still had fast enough time to qualify for the final race.

:yay: :jellydance: for going part time!!!

Saw a toad in the road when out walking... I usually encourage them to move before they get run over. This guy didn't look like he was squished, but when I moved him (since he wouldn't move) he was limp and floppy :pout:

    Rob

No!!! He was too little anyway

:yay: :jellydance: congrats!!! figures up days to retirement..... :goingcrazy: too many to count now

Here ya go Mike; just thought of this.
When we hunted Maine, there was an old guy that stayed at the cabin next to us. His name was Henry LeDeu (misspelled?)
There is a guy that races the off road trucks by that name, wonder if he is any relation. Henry passed awhile ago, we wrote back and forth for a few yrs. before he passed. Any chance you know who I'm talking about?

31 years old and still living off mommy ????
BUNNELL, Fla. (AP) - Deputies say a woman[IMG] has been charged with domestic battery after she and her mother got into an argument over chicken and biscuits.

The Daytona Beach News-Journal (http://bit.ly/1Ng2YI1 ) reports 31-year-old Kristin Michelle Howard was arrested Friday. Authorities say the Flagler County Sheriff's Office was called to a mobile home park in Bunnell around 11:30 p.m. Deputies say Howard's mother, Kimberly Miller, accused her of coming home drunk and angry and making a plate of chicken[IMG] and biscuits.

Authorities say Miller and Howard argued over who owned the food and Howard punched her mother in the face and threw tea on her.

Court records show this is Howard's sixth battery arrest since February 2008. She has since been released from jail.

:pccoffee:Morning all. TGIF. Need to get some work done around the house this weekend. I've got to clean the siding where some of the green stuff is from lack of sun and hopefully put up the last piece of crown molding in our second bedroom(been on the honey-do list for 3 years now ). Every time I think I'm going to wash and wax the Tacoma, it is either going to rain or Something comes up and I can't do it:rolleyes:. Supposed to rain again this weekend:rain:. I'll have to try again next week;). Have a good weekend all.

Welcome to the wonderful world of retirement:).

    To quote Rob: "Sumabitch"

Glad it was temporarily repairable so the weekend wasn't a total loss Mike.

    :woot::woot:

    Nice video Mike.

    WOW. great picture.

Hi sixtys, looking for a bit of advice. Can you ever get the smell of cigarettes out of a car? I'm looking at a 2007 car that has been owned since new by a smoker. Lightly driven, only 39K total miles, but I smelled the smell the moment I opened the door. Other than the cigarette smell the car has been very very well cared for. Should I walk? Make a lowball offer in the hopes of getting smell out?

    Neat pic!

Don't know about the cigarette smell, I would think it could be covered up and eventually go away. How long it would take?????

"MIGHT" be a new toy on the patch tonight: going to look at a used Skag Tiger Cat zero turn mower at 5. 2012 unit with 222hrs on it, and it looks clean in the pic. New ones are over 8K with tax, and are supposed to be very good machines.
I was looking at a new commercial Cub cadet zero turn with a steering wheel, and what they consider a garden tractor with a heavy duty fabricated deck. Both priced around $5500, but am not that keen on Cub Cadet even though I like the concept of a zero turn with a steering wheel instead of the lap bars.
My 1989 Deutz Allis 917H needs an upgrade :(, that garden tractor has served me well and it isn't dead yet! I just got done mowing the wettest part of the front yard with it in anticipation of the heavy rain they are calling for.
