When my neighbors across the creek kids were in HS, they had rabbits. The coons would grab a limb, pull it thru the cage wire and start eating. Pretty upsetting to the kids.

    Evening all:
Tire day today, and tomorrow! :(
I had hit the valve stem on the Scag last year and messed up the threads on the valve stem. It held air, but was too messed up to check or add air, I just ripped it apart and need to replace the tube.
Also just noticed something after 15 yrs., the spare on the StarCraft is a P205/75R15, not good! Luckily I had bough an extra trailer tire and rim last year that will fit that trailer, now all I have to do is find the key for the lock for the security cable, I think it's on the boat somewhere!
Don't know how I overlooked that spare, but I did, it might be time to replace it anyway!

I had one more thing to do in Kalifornia to finish getting my truck titled, registered and get plates, that was to get it weighed by a CA certified weigh master since I bough it out of state which was convenient for me. I work 15 miles or more outside CA in NV, so it was easy after work to go back to CA at an approved place and get the truck weighed which I did a week ago. Got back home tonight with enough time to hit the DMV before they closed. They asked me why I did what I did. Really?? CA has a do it all form called a Statement of Facts I had to fill in. Done, paid my last fees for plates and left. Butting into my business.

I work with bikers, dmv's, dealers, third parties all day at my job, soon to be retired. All need to take responsibility for their own actions. Of course, it's mostly bikers in need or with complaints that call, we do get some nice compliments. Many dmv's won't fix their own errors, up to others to submit paperwork to fix. We have a lien code/elt code for many states now, as more and more are going to electronic titling. CA still finds ways to mispell lien holder names. You'd think a phone call and some key board punching would correct that. Noooooo! Forms have to be sent in. My way of thinking, you have a elt code on a title application and the lien name, you open up a drop down box, or input the lien code, it brings up a name, you verify that with paperwork, click on it and it populates your screen. Too easy I guess. Many dealers and individuals are not understanding electronic titles and how the states deal with issuing a paper title or where they will mail it if requested. As the deep pockets, the lien holder gets the flack. In 11 years, I had my hardest phone call last summer, trying to explain to one customer where his FL title was, he would not believe me when I explained it was a FL electronic title and how he could get a paper title from them. After the call finally, I thought, I failed to tell him to contact FL to have them explain it to him. Ah, relief in two weeks.

And just when I thought I saw it all!
Was just in the local convenience store and noticed what looked like gas masks on the bottom shelf where they sell the tobacco/drug pipes etc.
I asked what they were for, and the guy working there said you somehow hook them up to a water pipe, hookah, or something similar, and you really get messed up! o_O
Yup; the war on drugs is really working!!!!!

Broke my first part on the truck, changing out small bulbs in the interior and license plate with LED's. Could not get the socket out for one side of the license plate lights, so prodded with a screw driver. Oops, that isn't the way. LED's are really bright. :) Have to buy another socket now, hopefully those came on older trucks.
Survived snow camping with some younger friends, sun burned on my forehead and behind my ears. Who puts sunscreen behind the ears? Wind was cold, so we didn't have a campfire Saturday night. I used one of my old MSR stoves, their first model, a #9.
