On a lighter note it looks like we are going to need a bigger chair in the oval office for new Democrat that is going to set there.

Just got a phone call about if I needed my "shimmney" cleaned! o_O
First of all I have an unlisted #, and I told her that I clean my own chimney, end of conversation! No way am I going to let a stranger or strangers in the house to clean the "shimmney"! :infantry:
Can only hope it's not a scam to rob old people!

I remember very well watching Wild Kingdom every Sunday evening. I don't think we had Gadabout; don't remember him.

And Marlin would stay back a safe distance while Jim works to release the Jaguar. LOL I loved that show. Jim Fowler actually opened a Wild Safari Park a few miles from where I live. It is now a six flags.

:woot: Springs are in, took about 1hr. 45min. Was watching through a window toward the end, and saw he had alignment gear attached to the wheels and was wrenching on the front end. Hope that was necessary after replacing the springs, I never needed to get a front end aligned on any of the Toyotas I owned and the tires were wearing perfect on this one. :notsure:
Guess I'll know down the road!

When you replace the springs the thrust line can move. It makes the steering wheel off. No harm but I set the toe and center the wheel after each set.

I'm type rated in a Cherokee and Warrier. Plus a Cessna 152 Cessna 172 and I have my float rating. Don't fly now but can't take it away from me.

Might be what he was doing, a cocked steering wheel would drive me nuts!
That's probably where I saw it, we went right through Bingham on our way to Jackman.
  on the plane ratings Mike, if anything, I would want to have the float rating.

It's the bomb. Fly in over the tree tops. Land on the lake. Wife didn't like it as much since she can't swim well.

    Morning Ken.

Yep, slow shift tonight, been watching some myself ... listening to him reminds me of my father in law ... Something in the descriptive manner and patterns of speech. Very entertaining shows. :)

Cool not the kool kind where I live in Kalifornia. I'll have to check what the temperatures are in ID or AK. In the upper 30's again this AM, with the latest low coming thru the last couple days. Been in the upper 30's a couple times again the last week. Not warm enough during the day to open windows to warm up my mobile home, so burned some cardboard last night, got the inside temps to 70, but back down this AM due to the overnight cold, so went out to the full woodshed and grabbed some scraps I save for early season use. It's rare I have to use the woodstove this late, but have done it before. Moving most of my firewood to organize it by kind of wood and place pallets on the redwood boards I took off my deck to keep the pallets from rotting. I have to throw the wood to one side in piles by type, move the rotting pallets out of the way, smooth the ground some to lay the redwood boards, place pallets on the boards and when I have a full row done, I'll start stacking this years cut wood the furthest away and move on to the next newest. I have over two years of extra firewood, money in the bank. More hard work. Didn't I retire the end of March? At least I can go camping/backpacking in-between a few days of work.
    Have a good weekend all.

Thanks Mike, I need to check that out on U Tube!

Don't say you weren't warned Duane, soon you will need to go back to work to get a rest!
But then, even a bad day of stacking firewood is better than a good day at work. o_O Well, maybe!
The pay ain't so great though!!!

Worked stacking wood until 3PM, beer:30, tired but moving better now. Going to mow the lawn in the morning, shower and head out to go backpacking for a couple nights. Fishing isn't very good where I'm headed, will have to hit a place with better fishing sometime and get a license. Not a bad life.
