That's still outrageous before the 5k market adjustment lol.

Yeah, that's what ruins it for the rest of us unfortunately. I have a feeling though hopefully we will see prices come down.

55K before tax and tags? So maybe another $2,500 or so for tax and tags there abouts so $57,500 Before the $5K markup?? So how much will the hybrid model coming out later on be?? $60K before markups?? Just curious to see how many Tacoma owners are going to be willing to shell out $50-60K for a Tacoma.

54k msrp sounds like Offroad Premium, those are apparently very very limited stock right now. That may be why they think they can charge that. I would fully expect the hybrids to hit about 58 for a TRD (sport/OR) premium hybrid and the Trailhunder/Pros to be well into the 60's.

Well I'm glad I bought my 2022 SR5 when I did. I love the look of the new Tacoma but the prices are getting ridiculous.

No body in their right mind should pay over MSRP. If anyone does they basically have more money than brains or just dont care to over pay.

There is a very large FB group with a bunch of salesmen in there posting Tacoma's at MSRP. Soon it should be under MSRP IMO.

What is the point of this. It's an expense truck with a awful dealer markup. Did people make these same posts when expensive 3g's were released?

A fully loaded 3g off road with the same crap added on would be ~10% less than this truck.

Fully loaded 3G is $47,250. So this is about 16% more

The fact it was gone quickly suggests the price was "low"?

But not the same feature set, so not quite comparable. It’s 16% more with x% more stuff

yup. It's quite difficult to get an exact compare given the multiple equipment changes in the 4G. There are some 4G tacomas TRD OF who for ex don't have a power rear window... how does one price that against say an upgraded stereo.

That’s shocking to be honest. Wasn’t it standard on all TRD Tacomas after 2020 or something?
