    No, tires can definitely cause noises and vibrations. A slipped belt in the tire can give a bad vibration. Also cupped tires can sound like you have a bad wheel bearing.

    That's what I plan on doing. The dealership put on the ticket that they wanted to keep it active just in case 2 weeks down the road or even longer if something happens then they know I brought it in for the same problem and it would still be covered under warranty.
