    i have tired they are stuck. I think i need to get them rebuilt in order to lower the preload. If i could lower the preload it would ride better :(.

    Spray some wd40 or PB Blaster on top of the collar..let it soak in over night and then try again. Do you have the proper spanner wrench or are you using a punch?
